“Emails - - had no follow up ! Hi Further to below – - it’s clear our previous order for the 3 packs in September -ordered as 18mm paving at 22sq meters a pack , actually delivered as 22mm paving at 18 sq meters a pack – hence the shortage we encountered for our 6o sq meter install. We have of course now rectified this just in time for Christmas opening - using just 4 pieces of paving from the additional 18mm pack I recently purchased – but mindful that this mistake has unnecessarily cost me the additional pack ! “I recently purchased 66 square meters of Earthcore grey porcelain slabs 600x900 and am pleased with both the quality and price. The delivery was efficient, though there were 5 damaged slabs. Customer service promptly offered a refund or replacement, with me to cover transportation costs, which is standard procedure with building materials. Additionally, they threw in a spare slab, enhancing my overall experience.”
