“I would have given Infinite paving five stars if there hadn't been an issue with the delivery date and time. It would have helped to have had clarification by text or email as promised , but just a small criticism. The flooring is great quality at a very competative price. Thanks”

“I was delighted with the prompt and efficient service I received from Infinite Paving and Rowan. I had rung to ask a question before I ordered but decided against leaving a voice mail so went ahead and ordered. Within Half an hour I'd received a call back from the company ( from seeing my number ) to see if they could help with anything. I explained I had managed to place my order (Thursday) and was told the order would be with me on the Monday - I asked if it could be Tuesday instead and that was no problem. The delivery arrived as promised. Unfortunately, there were a few slabs damaged but after dropping the company an email Rowan rang me back and processed and immediate refund to cover the shortfall. I will definitely use this company again when I do planned further work on my garden. As yet I can't comment on the finished result or send a photo as the work is ongoing.”

“Infinites website was clear and easy to use and theybwere very obliging on the phone. The order was depatched and delivered more rapidly than expected and was as descibed. One or two stones were broken but anyone working with this product regularly would expect that.”

“Colour of the stone circle bears no resemblance to the online photo. 1 piece from another design /size of circle so had to cut to suit. Delivery very good. Value for money good. Overall 3 stars.”

“The delivery was fine so I got the product okay. The stone was good bowever there were some marks that I presume to be from the processing of the stone - when I reached out to Rowan he made an effort to get back in touch and was very helpful and listnened to my concerns as we figured out what the marks were. I appreciated his endeavour to be in touch and to make amends. He had some helpful advice and we will see if the marks are removed when I sela the stone.”

“Very happy with this order. Amazingly fast delivery. The pallet truck was at our door at 8am on the day after I made the online order. The paving (22sqm mixed size, Kandla indian sandstone) is excellent - good, even colour, and all in great condition, with no breakages. Perfect.”
