“Hamper didn't arrive. This was a birthday gift for a friend and I was very disappointed it didn't arrive. The tracking app which is recommended says delivered e hours ago every time I checked but the royal mail tracking says its been received by them, not delivered..it now 2 weeks since ordering and still no sign of the order I placed. I have contacted indulgent hampers for a response or refund. Very disappointed.”
