I made contact on line and was pleased to hear that the hamper would be sent again, to include some additional items by way of compensation.
This was an acceptable solution, just a shame that the Royal Mail let me & the company down!”

The tracking app which is recommended says delivered e hours ago every time I checked but the royal mail tracking says its been received by them, not delivered..it now 2 weeks since ordering and still no sign of the order I placed.
