“Wow what a great site at very reasonable price. I have had several bookings via this site already. It is so easy to use, update and maintain with lots of very helpful advice. Especially helpful for me as a new owner. It has been a difficult year with Covid causing chaos the site has been brilliant at keeping us abreast of all the latest regulations. Sarah and her team are very approachable and offer great advice. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a site that will help advertise you but allow you to keep control of bookings with out them taking a percentage of your bookings.”

“We have used the services of Independent Cottages for nearly 10 years and hopefully will for another 10! We do advertise on other platforms but Independent Cottages are always top of our list. Sarah and Steve are always super responsive with any queries or changes we want to make to our pages (we have 3 properties with them). They also offer a very personal service, which is far, far nicer than dealing with most of the online travel agencies out there. Would we recommend Independent Cottages to other accommodation owners? In a shot - no hesitation!”

“I've been using Independent Cottages to help let my Norfolk holiday cottage for about 7 years, and love the service. I use most of the other agents too, but Independent Cottages still bring in the most bookings, except one other. The system is easy to use with fast support (only needed once) - and great value for money, as they don't charge commission on bookings. Love the Last Minute Offer facility too!”

“The once yearly payment is good value for the service provided and has not increased significantly. A single booking makes it worthwhile. The advertisement was set up for us with information provided. The service has improved but has not changed. It connects us directly with the customer with no further input or attempt to interfere unless requested which is just what we want. The calendar is useful and can be used for own website. The pricing structure now allows for more flexible booking for the customer and owner.”
