“I have been with Independent Cottages for the last three years and the personal service you get with them is great. I have always found Sarah very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. It is also easy to update your entry and add special offers and is good value for money in terms of the numbers of bookings generated from their website.”

“I have been very happy with the personal service I receive from Independent Cottages. I particularly like the Late Availability section where I can put Special Offers on at no extra cost. Sarah is very approachable with a personal service to owners which I very much like. After paying for the advert there are no additional charges, unlike the larger cottage advertising companies. I highly recommend Independent Cottages to other cottage owners.”

“As a property owners it has been a pleasure dealing with this company. Customer service has been second to none. The actual site is clear and concise and easy to navigate. I have had an influx of enquiries since my advert went live. What sets the company apart is the level of service I have recieved - the advert was created by the company and sent to me for approval, so all the hard work is done for you. The statistics section is a fantastic and reasurring feature for property owners. I look forward to continuing to work with Independant Cottages in the future.”

“I have been advertising my holiday cottages with Independent Cottages for 10 years now which I suppose speaks for itself as to what I think. Not only do I love their 'independent' ethos in this now cutthroat commission charging, often faceless industry but the site is also very user friendly and any service required is professional but also nice and personal. Sarah responds quickly with requests to do the few things you cannot do for yourself and is lovely to deal with. My listings are very effective, generating lots of enquiries and many convert into bookings from just my type of customer! All round very satisfied and more than happy to recommend. Thank you! “We have been advertising with Independent Cottages for almost 5 years and have been very impressed with them. Not only have we had lots of bookings, but Sarah and Steve have been wonderful to work with. Sarah who I normally speak with has been helpful, easy to contact and totally professional. It has been easy to advertise with them as they both just guide you through the process, and no question is to silly. Trust me I have asked most of them! I would happily recommend them, and love the fact that the guests don't get charged a fee as many companies do. I am sure as the other companies put up their prices, that Independent Cottages will get even more people visiting their site to book properties.”

“I was recommended to use Independent Cottages by a friend and have been very pleased. They are personable, responsive, professional and always extremely pleasant and helpful to work with. I love the fact that the availability calendar on the site can be integrated with my own website, meaning I only need to update one calendar. I also find the booking management extremely easy to use and great for accessing past and future bookings. I would not use any of the big sites who charge commission as I think that is unfair to the guests who book. I would certainly highly recommend Independent Cottages.”

Independent Cottages have always been very helpful when we have needed to contact them regarding our listing. Whilst some of the other Companies who advertise Cottages for owners charge fees to the guests, Independent Cottages do not and I expect they will benefit from this policy by attracting more guests for the Cottages on the Independent Cottages website.
