“We have just join independent cottages on the recommendation from a holiday Owners forum. The process has been so smooth & quick. Sarah answered queries very professionally, friendly & quick. The website is easy to navigate, so here’s hoping it produces bookings. Wonderful to have a website that allows guests & Owners to contact each other. “We advertise or cottage in Norfolk on a few websites, but Independent Cottages is by far the best. The website looks amazing, the owners log in pages are a breeze to use and the customer service is second to none. No enquiry is to small for Sarah, and the response rate is extremely fast and friendly. We now receive more views and enquiries from Independent Cottages than any other website, and as a result will be leaving another larger, more expensive competitor. I would not hesitate to recommend Independent Cottages to other holiday home owners who are looking for a website who they can not only trust, but who will do everything they can to make your listing with them a success.”

“Independent cottages is a wonderful site, so easy to use, changes are quickly dealt with, additions made with no fuss. Excellent customer service, always quick to respond the site is as easy for us to use as for the customers to book. We feel we can really trust Sarah and her team to give us the best service available and we particularly like the additional information given over the site. For a small cottage we are given the same excellent attention as some of the larger businesses. Unlike many other websites it does not deduct a large commission on every sale. Not only do they get results (bookings!) but they do all the hard work for you and respond exceptionally well to any requests you have for amends, assistance and advice, even when it's not really part of your business arrangement with them.
