“Only Been with Independent Cottages for one year but I have found them very helpful easy for people to book ,easy for people to get in touch with the owners. No booking fee, helpful company Well done love the new Website.”

“Independent cottages is a wonderful site, so easy to use, changes are quickly dealt with, additions made with no fuss. Excellent customer service, always quick to respond the site is as easy for us to use as for the customers to book. We feel we can really trust Sarah and her team to give us the best service available and we particularly like the additional information given over the site. For a small cottage we are given the same excellent attention as some of the larger businesses. Our customers have always reported that they find the site easy to use, the calender is wonderful, showing instantly when we are available. Thank you from Rosemary Cottage, North Yorkshire”

“Independent Cottages has been effective in generating at least 10 enquiries every year for our holiday cottage in the Yorkshire Dales. Unlike many other websites it does not deduct a large commission on every sale. You simply pay an upfront fixed fee so you can clearly measure the effectiveness of your ad spend in generating bookings.”

“Independent Cottages promoted my holiday let a couple of years ago so effectively that I didn't even consider placing my current one anywhere else. Not only do they get results (bookings!) but they do all the hard work for you and respond exceptionally well to any requests you have for amends, assistance and advice, even when it's not really part of your business arrangement with them. Top marks, a great owner-managed set-up, putting customers first.”

“As a new customer of Independent Cottages, I found the initial advice I received from the owner Sarah to be extremely helpful, in helping me decide my target customer group and on how to present and market my cottage, in order to receive the maximum interest. The website is an excellent and invaluable tool, to market your property and manage your bookings, I find the photograph gallery, which you can update regularly and the booking form/calendar system to be of great assistance. In order to further promote my cottage to a wider customer group I recently requested changes be made to my main advert, by way of an email to Sarah. These changes were completely immediately and the advert looks great. I am delighted to have received a number of bookings for my cottage, from customers using Independent Cottages. The service I have received so far from Sarah and her team is excellent.”

“We began advertising our lodge in Cornwall with Independent Cottages in March of this year. Right from the start Sarah was very professional, extremely helpful and our advertisement was online speedily. Independent Cottages allows us to advertise without guests having to pay substantial service fees like so many of the other online advertising sites. We can interact with guests before bookings are taken and can answer any questions they may have to make sure it is the right property for their holiday. Sarah is always on hand should you have any queries and is very quick to respond. Highly recommend them.”
