“Independent Cottages provides a very efficient platform where we can advertise our cottage and manage our bookings online with ease. This means we can respond to enquiries quickly wherever we are. Any amendments we can't make ourselves are carried out very promptly. We no longer use other advertising websites because we have found Independent Cottages head and shoulders above others.”

“Independent Cottages offers a first class service. As the owner of a holiday cottage, I have always found Sarah to be very helpful in firstly setting up details of our accommodation on her site and also dealing with any queries I may have had subsequently. Emails are always answered promptly and it is so nice to be dealt with personally. The service provided is excellent. Many other holiday letting sites have become automated and also charge holiday makers a fee for booking a cottage so I would strongly recommend holiday cottage owners to use Independent Cottages as part of their marketing strategy.”

“We have been with 'Independent Cottages' for several years, to help advertise our Cottage in the Yorkshire Dales. It is an easy interactive site, which we can update and control. Any problems we have, are dealt with on a personal basis, which makes us feel valued, an important facet of any company. “Independent Cottages provides a first class service which is effective and reasonably priced. Two particular points: 1. To those of us who are occasionally challenged by digital technology, Sarah will always give prompt, patient and practical assistance. 2. The worldwide spread of the readership. Between 20 June and i August this year our guests are from: Oregon, USA; Alicante, Spain; Vancouver, Canada; and Ireland. Generally, the Low Countries and Australia/New Zealand regularly arrive also. Our Guest Book in the Cottage is there for guests to browse.”

“We have been with Independent Cottages for several years and have received plenty of happy guests over that time - many of them regularly returning. Sarah has always sorted out any advertising adjustments with great professionalism. Also the various pieces of advice given on how to present the property have proved to be very useful over the years. The site is easy to use and has been designed so that owners can use as much or as little as they require. We are taking a break from leasing our holiday Annex while family are returning home from abroad but we will be back and we will certainly use the site to find a perfect holiday home for ourselves.
