“Absolutely delighted with the customer service from Sarah, enquiries & bookings received. I have been with Independent cottages for over 3 years and found it excellent value for money. The yearly subscription fee is less than the commission I would pay on just one week booking via an OTA. Love the fact that they have "Piano" listed under the facilities too as we have a Boston Baby Grand. Many thanks Rae”

“Working with Sarah from independent cottages has been a great experience , the process is so simple to set up , customer service is excellent , they know what they are doing and go the extra mile , in a friendly and relax way , supporting you should you need it . the price is fair , we had our first booking within two daysof placing our property , and have continued to receive plenty of bookings and have met some lovely guests along the way .”

“I have been advertising my holiday cottage with Independent Cottages for the last year and have just renewed my subscription. I have been very impressed with the amount of enquiries and bookings I have received. In particular, I have found their last minute availability advertising to be particularly productive, for which there are no additional charges, unlike some sites. On top of the very reasonable subscription fee, Independent Cottages are very proactive on promoting their hosts' cottages on other platforms such as Twitter and Facebook etc. Would definitely recommend.”

“We have used Independent cottages for 2 years and have been extremely pleased with the level of service and more importantly with the number of enquiries we have had for bookings. It makes a nice change not to have to pay a large commission for a booking via OTA's. The one off up front fee works well for us.”

“Wow what a great site at very reasonable price. I have had several bookings via this site already. It is so easy to use, update and maintain with lots of very helpful advice. Especially helpful for me as a new owner. It has been a difficult year with Covid causing chaos the site has been brilliant at keeping us abreast of all the latest regulations. Sarah and her team are very approachable and offer great advice. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a site that will help advertise you but allow you to keep control of bookings with out them taking a percentage of your bookings.”

“We have used the services of Independent Cottages for nearly 10 years and hopefully will for another 10! We do advertise on other platforms but Independent Cottages are always top of our list. Sarah and Steve are always super responsive with any queries or changes we want to make to our pages (we have 3 properties with them). They also offer a very personal service, which is far, far nicer than dealing with most of the online travel agencies out there. Would we recommend Independent Cottages to other accommodation owners? “I've been using Independent Cottages to help let my Norfolk holiday cottage for about 7 years, and love the service. I use most of the other agents too, but Independent Cottages still bring in the most bookings, except one other. The system is easy to use with fast support (only needed once) - and great value for money, as they don't charge commission on bookings. Love the Last Minute Offer facility too!”
