“We have advertised our holiday let with Independent cottage for 7 years now and have always found them to be excellent in every way. The web site is easy to use and pleasing to look at. it also has useful features such as the noticeboard and last minute offers. The site always features well on Google results and we have always received a regular supply of enquiries. I would recommend Independent Cottages as good value for money to anyone thinking of advertising their holiday rental business.”

“Independent Cottages offers an excellent service to those offering holiday lets. The website is flexible, with far more useful features than we ever used, but we could manage bookings efficiently, and make most changes ourselves. Where changes had to be made by the company they were usually done within 24 hours of an email being send - impressively fast. Lots of very useful advice on the website for those involved in holiday lettings.”

“The team at Independent Cottages are very helpful in all aspects of owner inquiries. Right from the start setting up the website or any new alterations as time passes, to help with any customers. They are always cheerful, easy to get in touch with and discrete with online data. At the start, the joining process was made as simple and hassle free as possible with as much help as we needed, every thing including costs were explained very well and how to up-load photos etc. We are very impressed with the Independent team who are consummate professionals in the on line Cottage industry and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (& have done) to other cottage owners.”

“I joined Independent Cottages in December and was very pleased how quickly my cottage was listed on the website. This is easy for an owner to use to adjust the calendar and make special price offers. Within a few weeks I had 3 enquiries, all of which became bookings and this outperformed the huge market leader. The website appears high on a search. Sarah is easy to speak to if I gave any questions which I appreciate and now I have decided to list my other cottage too. Their website is very user friendly for both owners and guests giving you everything you need without over complicating the process. “Independent Cottages have always been really helpful and very quick to deal with any queries/problems. I have been with them for about 4 years, having never rented out a property before. The site is very straightforward to navigate around and use - something that was of vital importance for me, as my IT skills are basic!! It is very easy to make contact with a 'real person', not just a machine with press button numbers and everyone is really polite and helpful. They send out ideas on how to improve your bookings, alerts etc, yet don t bombard you with annoying e mails all the time. “As a new holiday let I was looking for a listing site to advertise with alongside my own website and being wary of the larger sites that tend to add on booking fees to guests, decided to try Independent Cottages. I have been extremely happy with my choice and have already had bookings through my listing. The whole process of setting it up was extremely easy with a great personal service all the way from Sarah, and the Owner Page is very user friendly and easy to navigate with some very useful tools. Highly recommended if you want to get your cottage out there but also want to keep control.”

“We have had our cottage on this website for 5 years and are very pleased with the level of response. Apart from our own website and word of mouth, this is our only source of bookings. We have withdrawn from all other advertising sources as they were not reaching potential clients. Advice received from Independent Cottages has been useful. Response to any emails we send them has been very prompt. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend to other cottage owners.”
