The setting up process was so easy & happened within a few days. I am very pleased with the advertisements Independent Cottages produced for us. “As a new customer of Independent Cottages, I found the initial advice I received from the owner Sarah to be extremely helpful, in helping me decide my target customer group and on how to present and market my cottage, in order to receive the maximum interest. The website is an excellent and invaluable tool, to market your property and manage your bookings, I find the photograph gallery, which you can update regularly and the booking form/calendar system to be of great assistance. In order to further promote my cottage to a wider customer group I recently requested changes be made to my main advert, by way of an email to Sarah. These changes were completely immediately and the advert looks great. I am delighted to have received a number of bookings for my cottage, from customers using Independent Cottages. The service I have received so far from Sarah and her team is excellent.”

“We began advertising our lodge in Cornwall with Independent Cottages in March of this year. Right from the start Sarah was very professional, extremely helpful and our advertisement was online speedily. Independent Cottages allows us to advertise without guests having to pay substantial service fees like so many of the other online advertising sites. We can interact with guests before bookings are taken and can answer any questions they may have to make sure it is the right property for their holiday. Sarah is always on hand should you have any queries and is very quick to respond. Highly recommend them.”
