“Sarah and her team provide an excellent personal service for their advertisers and are always there for help and advice. I have now placed 3 cottages with them for the above reasons and of course most importantly they get me bookings! I would definitely recommend them to other cottage owners. First choice when advertising your holiday cottage - Independent Cottages. CS”

“Independent Cottages is a friendly company with an excellent Owners website...easy to manage Callander etc. Also very reasonably priced. Only gripe is that the company website doesn't seem to come to come very high on a Google search eg if one types in "cottage in .........", Independent Cottages is not on first few pages.”

“I have been advertising our cottage in The Lake District through Independent Cottages for 8 years and they are first class. The site is easy to use (even for a novice with computers like me,) and should I have any questions, Sarah gets back to me straight away. If there are any doubts about whether a potential guest is genuine, we're notified straight away, and I've never known a company allow such a large number of photographs etc at no extra charge. In short I can't praise Independent Cottages and Sarah enough and they will always be my first choice when choosing who to advertise with. “I work with a number of letting agents and this one is among my very favourites. As they always answer the phone when you need advise help and guidance .They really listen and take on the situation and help in what ever way they can. they never rush you and will get back to you if and when you leave a message quickly. The sight is easy to use , well presented and in my view very professionally run ,most importantly it seems extreamly popular in a competitive market. I like the personal and helpful qualities that they maintain given the size of the site,and am also extreamly impressed with the time and support given to getting your pages up and working. I find them very reasonable price wise totally professional and dedicated. What more can I ask?”
