“Sarah Jarvis has been very helpful to our Garden Annexe business as one of the advertising platforms that we use. We were attracted by the fact that they only asked for an annual payment and no further commissions. We have been very pleased with the people coming through this site and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Independent Cottages. They are in the middle of a revamp, and this was the one weak area, but because their commitment is strong, evidenced by immediate replies to questions, we know they are building a very strong business and infrastructure. if you follow their instructions, like frequent use of their site, and making use of Late Availability and uploading quality photos. you will find your monthly viewing stats will soar. So do as they recommend and your businesses will flourish with them.”

“I cannot recommend Independent Cottages enough! I have been with them for over six years and even had seven cottages listed with them at any one time. I have tried various other marketing cottage websites but never renew my contract with them. I have continuously used Independent Cottages due to the volume of enquires, ease of use of site especially with adding special offers and using the calendar, quality of guests (yes seriously) and Sarah's lovely communication. A HUGE recommendation from me!”

“Independent Cottages are excellent! A fantastic service! I have tried other listing sites and no-one measures up to the success that we have though the guys at Independent Cottages. The listings look great and are easy to find and clients love the site (Well they come back for more year after year!) As a cottage owner it is so great to be in control of payments too. Well the proof is in the rentals - we are fully booked for all school holidays for 2017 already and we are not yet in December 2016! Fantastic service. Many thanks to Independent cottages!!”

“We have been with Independent Cottages for almost a year and have found them to be excellent.The Web Site is very proffesional and very easy to use by prospective tenants and also ourselves being able to offer special deals in quite periods. We have appreciated being in the position of being able to deal with the Tenants directly which defiantely builds up a good relationship with both parties and makes it far more personal. The details on the web site with the photographs of the cottage and and the surrounding village plus details of beaches, walks etc. and places to eat and shop again makes the bookings far more personal. We have had some very good tenants through Inependent Cottages with some excellent reviews in our vistitors book rgarding the Cottage and the surrounding area. Margaret & Tim Packer”

“I have been advertising my holiday cottages with Independent Cottages for 10 years now which I suppose speaks for itself as to what I think. Not only do I love their 'independent' ethos in this now cutthroat commission charging, often faceless industry but the site is also very user friendly and any service required is professional but also nice and personal. Sarah responds quickly with requests to do the few things you cannot do for yourself and is lovely to deal with. My listings are very effective, generating lots of enquiries and many convert into bookings from just my type of customer! All round very satisfied and more than happy to recommend. Thank you!
