“Very new to the rental market and have been very impressed with the service from Sarah and Independent Cottages. Any questions are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Sarah did a great job with our information to make up our advert. We have had a good flow of enquires from our advert so am very pleased that we decided to advertise with them, money well spent. Will definitely be sticking with them when it comes to renew.”

“Very impressed with the personal service given by Independent Cottages. They genuinely care about the relationship with both the owners and the guests. There are no extra charges disguised as "Service Charges" for the guests and they are upfront about their fees. I would definitely recommend this company to others.”

“Outstanding customer service - very friendly and professional, very easy and efficient process to create a new property listing, and very straightforward to access / edit details on the site. The website offers everything we need as holiday cottage owners, at a good price, enabling us to provide the direct service we want to our guests. Sarah did a lovely job of the text for the advert and has been very helpful throughout. The calendar and pricing set up is much better than another site we have used, and use of the 'last minute availability' page is brilliant. We are very glad we found Independent Cottages and can't fault the experience with them so far.”

“I joined Independent Cottages this year, and from this we have had a lot of enquiries to our own site. The admin side of things is excellent, the queries I have raised have always been answered almost immediately, which is a great help. The site is user friendly, and guests love not having to pay commission rates, as we do!”

“We advertised with Independent Cottages for 5 years and have always been so impressed by the friendly, efficient service that we have received. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering using the site to advertise their holiday let. There is no pressure (unlike some sites that "O.D." you on different options or 'tack-on' extras) and dealing with Sarah is like communicating with a sensible friend! The relationship with clients is seamless; sometimes the approach comes through our own website following a link from Independent Cottages. Should I be asked to recommend one site for a holiday cottage let - this would be it.”

It is a great website and very easy for owners to use and update certain information, photos and the availability calendar. The other changes that need to be done by Sarah are always done promptly and efficiently. There are also no extra hidden charges for the owner or the customer which is a huge bonus. “Independent Cottages offers an excellent service to those offering holiday lets. The website is flexible, with far more useful features than we ever used, but we could manage bookings efficiently, and make most changes ourselves. Where changes had to be made by the company they were usually done within 24 hours of an email being send - impressively fast. Lots of very useful advice on the website for those involved in holiday lettings.”

“The team at Independent Cottages are very helpful in all aspects of owner inquiries. Right from the start setting up the website or any new alterations as time passes, to help with any customers. They are always cheerful, easy to get in touch with and discrete with online data. At the start, the joining process was made as simple and hassle free as possible with as much help as we needed, every thing including costs were explained very well and how to up-load photos etc. We are very impressed with the Independent team who are consummate professionals in the on line Cottage industry and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (& have done) to other cottage owners.”

“I joined Independent Cottages in December and was very pleased how quickly my cottage was listed on the website. This is easy for an owner to use to adjust the calendar and make special price offers. Within a few weeks I had 3 enquiries, all of which became bookings and this outperformed the huge market leader.
