“I never hesitate when it comes to our annual renewal with Independent Cottages. We have listed our two cottages since 2010 and the level of enquiries we receive have always justified the cost. Sarah and Steve are a pleasure to work with, friendly and efficient, providing a professional well designed and very user friendly website.”

“I have advertised our cottage with Independent Cottages for several years now. Sarah was very helpful with the initial setting up of our holiday cottage page and did a great job text wise with the description of the property and the local area. Since then I have received many bookings and it is a very easy site to use as an owner. Sarah is always there at the end of the telephone if you wish to speak to her and also sends out useful information regarding the holiday lettings business world. The late bookings part of the site is very useful and there is no extra charge for using this, unlike other cottage sites. I find this an exceptional holiday lettings company and wish the other sites I also use were so helpful and easy to use. Well done Sarah, please do not change a thing!”

“I have been with Independent Cottages for just under 2 weeks, Sarah and Steve could not have been more helpful through the setting up process and always respond to any queries I have very promptly. It was fast and very professional with excellent customer service. It has already generated a number of enquires and a booking in such a short space of time. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The only question I have is why didn't I join sooner!”

“Five star site. We have been advertising with Independent Cottages since 2010 and have always found the site easy to use. Sarah is always really friendly and helpful to deal with and it is so wonderful to actually have someone to talk to, unlike some of the larger sites. We get an incredible amount of our bookings from this site, particularly guests from abroad. A one off, reasonable fee with no hidden costs to either us or our guests. All in all brilliant!”

“Outstanding customer service - very friendly and professional, very easy and efficient process to create a new property listing, and very straightforward to access / edit details on the site. The website offers everything we need as holiday cottage owners, at a good price, enabling us to provide the direct service we want to our guests. Sarah did a lovely job of the text for the advert and has been very helpful throughout. The calendar and pricing set up is much better than another site we have used, and use of the 'last minute availability' page is brilliant. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering using the site to advertise their holiday let. There is no pressure (unlike some sites that "O.D." you on different options or 'tack-on' extras) and dealing with Sarah is like communicating with a sensible friend! The relationship with clients is seamless; sometimes the approach comes through our own website following a link from Independent Cottages.
