“Absolutely amazing. A friends dog sadly passed away so I had a crystal made with the dogs 3d image. The picture was clear and they had taken the background out as well which was a nice touch. The item was in a lovely presentation box and arrived extremely quickly. For that special gift I highly recommend InCrystals.”

“Ordered the £99 rectangular crystal with photo of my wife's parents. Very faint picture. Its a Christmas gift so won't know her opinion yet. Overall disappointed. Though the picture would be more defined. No instructions in the box or any care advice. Maybe that's something they could consider improving”
