“Really pleased with them both the photos I uploaded was spot I couldn't of asked for anymore”

“Very disappointed. Writing isn’t complete as not central so the persons name is missing a letter. Writing is blurry. Image is very poor - you can hardly work it out. Have tried to contact InCrystals and have had no response. Have had to purchase another present as I would be too embarrassed to give someone this!”
