“Parked my car here for 4 nights and was very pleased with the service. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews but I honestly couldn’t fault them. Easy drop off and a quick lift to the airport was very slick and then I got picked up within 10minutes of phoning to say I has arrived back at the airport. The car was in perfect condition and it was a very easy process to collect my keys. Id definitely use again.”

“All I can say is I found the company spot on. Efficient, friendly and no problems whatsoever. Canny blokes. The reviews didn’t reflect my experience. If I fly from Liverpool again I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.”

“Great location and convenient for the airport but seemed very disorganised. On the night we flew out they were down to one mini bus as the other had just broken down. This hadn't be sorted by the time we came back a week laterbso a short 15 minute wait which was fine but the staff were abrupt saying "we have 16 people to pick up so you will have to wait!" They would of been aware of this in advance. The driver when he came back for us was clearly stressed and then had issues getting out of the car park as it seemed is card/pass wouldn't work.”

“The car park was hard to find. The office to get into is up two extremely big steps with no hand rail making it inaccessible if you aren't able bodied. The shuttle bus is a good system and affordability is great but the bus smelt really strong of smoke on both journeys.”

“If you know you have 21 people coming off the same flight, don't send an 8 seater. We got left waiting for an hour outside with a 5 year old.”

“Arrived back to Liverpool airport and waited nearly 2 hours at 1am with children to be picked up in the rain as they only have 1 shuttle bus working. If I’d of know pick would take this long I’d of walked to carpark myself.. over 10 family’s waiting and 1 bus working is a joke”

“Helpful staff Car was looked after even though you have to leave your keys Quick taking us to the airport but returning had to wait about 10 mins which they apologised for Car was waiting on our return, no damage or mileage used Would use again Staff there 24/7 and answer the phone when you ring”

“On return from my holiday I rang the office and the chap I spoke to informed me that the car wouldn't start as the battery was showing flat for some reason he sent a car to collect me and my wife from the airport and sure enough the cars battery was flat the weather might I add was Biblical with rain but this didn't deter the 2 chaps they managed to get it to start and I was on my way I didn't annoyingly get the names of the chaps but I returned to Liverpool from Kos at midnight my surname is mcmanus my car is a citroen c4 grand picasso I was very grateful for the fantastic service and will definitely be booking again with you in February for my next trip many thank Ian 😊”

“Brilliant service and very prompt. We weren’t hanging around to be taken to the airport and we were only waiting about 5 mins u til we got picked up.Very close to the airport-would highly recommend.”
