“We used In Memory of Life to organise our Mums funeral. Harriet our undertaker was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble from organising Mums collection. The slide show at the crematorium and the music for the service we had chosen. Everything was checked and double checked. The whole funeral ran seamlessly. John & his team with the cars were kind thoughtful & couldn’t have been more helpful. We used Viv Thomas a celebrant recommended by Harriet who was amazing & delivered the service with great compassion. If sadly you are organising a funeral for a loved one I would not hesitate in highly recommending Harriet & her team. They helped make a difficult day run smoothly & without any stress to the family. Our heartfelt thanks go out to all of them.”

“I cannot thank In Memory of Life team enough for their help and support in arranging the funeral of my partner Carl. From my first initial contact with them right through to the funeral day itself, they were all so proffessional and caring to what I wanted for Carls funeral. A special thanks to Harriet who arranged everything, kept me fully up to date with everything that was happening with the arrangements. Ruth Arnold the celebrant led the service and her eulogy of Carl was 100% perfect. Thank you Harriet, Ruth, Alex and all the team at In Memory of Life for making one of the sadest days in my life a little more bearable. I cannot recommend your services enough, even to the point that I have already told my children, that when my time comes they have to arrange my funeral through yourselves.”

“In Memory of Life were very quick in their responses both via E-mail and Telephone. They listened to what we wanted for our mum and were able to offer us the services that we required whilst taking away the services that we did not require. They did not try to charge us additional fees for services that we brought in from elsewhere (which some other Directors had tried to do). Everything ran very smoothly and we as a family were very grateful for the assistance of Megan, Rebecca and Martin.”

“In Memory Of Life were so gentle and kind from the first phone call to enquire about a funeral for my partner up to the last phone call asking how everything went and how we were doing. The respect and understanding they showed the family is beyond words. Michelle was at the other end of the phone for every question or change I needed . The Celebrant James was so understanding and made the funeral so personal and John the conductor of the funeral what amazing and respectful young man . In Memory Of Life made the most difficult time in our life's so much easier so thank so much from all of James' Family”

“Although a very difficult time for our family. The service provided was very good indeed. Brian was most kind and considerate, and his colleagues showed respect for my late sister. Our celebrant was May Andrews she was exceedingly professional and I would not hesitate in recommending her.”

“Everyone I met was so kind and quietly efficient so I knew exactly what was happening and when. Even though they must deal with several funerals a day, they made my mum's feel special and May's reading was just perfect. The service was so much more than I expected and I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for making a difficult day more bearable.”

“IMoL guided us through the most difficult time of our lives. They helped us give our son a most wonderful sendoff over. “I was extremely pleased with the effeciency, politeness and respect paid by all whom I had contact with in IMOL, from the office to the gentlemen escorting my wife's coffin. I wasn't rushed into any plan or any detail; everything was at my discretion. They were easy to contact when I had any queries. Sending their plans through on-line made for easy access and gave time for me to review and make arrangements. No detail became an issue. A traumatic time was reduced to one without anxiety. I was thankful to put my trust in IMOL.”

“From the moment you arrive, you are warmly greeted, and supported throughout the event. The ceremony is explained to you while you sit in the waiting room so that you know exactly what will happen. Everything goes like clockwork; you are shown where to wait while the hearse arrives, and you follow the coffin into the chapel while your first piece of chosen music is playing. The process is formal and informal at the same time: kindness, respect and compassion are the watchwords. The celebrant thanks the donor for their gift to medical science in words that go straight to the heart. This makes you feel so proud of them! Our experience as mourners for a dear friend was beautiful and dignified, and our thanks go to all concerned.”
