“The team made everything so easy from start to finish. They were thoughtful and attentive, providing all the help and guidance we needed at quite a stressful time. On the day, the team were just perfect; everything ran smoothly and to time with all the respect and dignity one could hope for at a funeral. Well done and thanks to all!”

“We had an amazing experience with In Memory Of Life. After my mother departed, it was really tough for us to deal with and we’ve never arranged a funeral before. After we spoke to In Memory Of Life, they took care of everything and were very professional and so caring towards me and my family. It’s makes a massive different when you are provided with a service that actually cares about your needs and are compassionate too. Harriet, Martin and the rest of the team were so great and words can’t explain, how they made my mothers funeral day a day we will always cherish. Thank you so much team… you’re the best!”

“I cant thank In Memory of Life enough for helping me arrange my dads funeral. In particuler Harriet who was so helpful & kind at a time when I really needed it, having never planned a funeral before. She made it all so easy to do at what was a very difficult time. She also recommended May Andrews the celebrant to us. May led the service & gave a very fitting & personalised tribute to my dad. It was perfect. Dean the funeral conductor & his colleagues were so kind & friendly on the day, something that was really appreciated by my mum. I cant fault the service provided by In Memory of Life, from my first contact with Harriet to the day of the funeral. They made a very sad time into a lovely send off for my dad. Thank you so much.”

“In Memory of Life with ( in our case) Rebecca and Harriet - provided an excellent level of service and compassion. Their recommendations for the celebrant and cemetery were wonderful too - which all in all made for the best possible send off we could have asked for. “The service Memory Of Life provided, far exceeded my expectations. Harriet was my first contact. I had taken the choice to help my Husbands family by planning my Father in laws funeral, from which I no previous experience. I really didn't need to worry. Harriet and her colleague Michelle, helped me through every stage of the planning process. All the information provided was very easy to navigate and helped finalise my decisions. Brian, who conducted proceedings on the day was so helpful and reassuring. May Andrews our celebrant, who was recommended by Harrriet was amazing. She was so accommodating and provided a personal, fitting tribute. My Family and friends all said what a beautiful service it was. I would like to thank everyone who helped make a difficult day, a very special one.”

“Prompt. Professional and personalised service.Team we’re understanding and flexible as necessary. Megan was excellent and she accommodated last minute requests and where it was not feasible explained the reasons in a clear and understanding way. The funeral director and pall bearers were fantastic on the day and more than worth their value. Many commented on their absolute professionalism and respect. Very attuned. Overall, excellent experience under the difficult circumstances. Bravo all round and thank you!”

“I couldn't have asked for more from Harriet who dealt with our service for our Amba. Harriet was always available for me, no matter how many questions I had. The prep for the day was effortless as Harriet dealt with everything for us. My sisters whom visited our amba in the Chapel or rest said it was the most beautiful Chapel they've ever been to. The service was beautiful. The horses and carriage was stunning. The men whom drove us where amazing and so helpful. I could not have asked for more from everyone involved. You gave our girl and amazing send off. Thank you so much.”

“The service provided cannot be faulted in any way, from my initial enquiry (Nick) to the management of the arrangements (Harriet) the communication was excellent. Every member of staff I liaised with was professional, compassionate and friendly where appropriate. I was made to feel at ease during the whole process and comforted when necessary. A very personal service was provided with good advice along the way, which did not feel like it was about making money. Fantastic service - Thank you very much.”

“Being my first experience of arranging the funeral for a loved one, I was at best clueless but having contacted Harriet and the team at In Memory of Life, it felt I knew everything that I needed to do based the wealth of knowledge and experience they had but most importantly, they were very patient, compassionate and extremely flexible. The entire team were very professional right from start till our Dad was interred. My family and I are very grateful for the support and timely information right from before Dad passed.
