“Simply amazing! From the first phone call to Mathew we felt so reassured. The organising and arranging by Rebecca and Harriet made a difficult and confusing time so much easier. The eulogy by May captured everything perfectly and John and his team provided the perfect final journey for my mum. The amount of respect, care and understanding shown by everyone at In Memory of Life made such a huge difference. I can't recommend or thank them enough.”

“Louise and the team helped organising the funeral for my father within a week! they were all very kind and supportive from my first telephone call until after the funeral. Louise help organising every detail of it and would call/ email me with ideas. On top of being professional and efficient they always showed kindness and respect. I’ll give more than five stars if I could.”

“Absolutely wonderful team nothing is too much trouble. Especially Megan , John and Ruth who have been utterly fantastic whilst I have been through the worst months of my life. The help with everything along the way was exceptional and would recommend In memory of life to anyone.”

“Harriet and the team have been exceptional from the first call to the last. Their care and professionalism as well as sweet and sincere manner has made a difficult time all the more bearable. They have gone above and beyond to get things organised and offer lots of added extras that have made the process more streamlined and simplistic. They were so kind and caring on the day of the funeral too. Which all the family are deeply grateful for. Highly recommend their services”

“At the very stressful time of losing someone what you need is a compassionate, carrying and professional service, and this is what In Memory of Life is. The whole team is amazing. I personally corresponded with Megan who guided me through the whole process with such compassion and professionalism and made sure that everything went smoothly. Megan very quickly installed the trust that everything will be exactly how I want it and that I truly don’t have to worry, she’s got my back. We even managed to have few laughs. A BIG shout out to this guys, May the celebrant, Brian and his crew. included. Lovely, genuine people who made my mom’s send off truly special. I would highly recommend them. THANK YOU!”

“I received a very professional service from the first contact with Mathew and then Harriet and John. The whole team showed a lot of empathy and compassion, contrary to what I experienced with another funeral home in the Belmont Circle area. Your charges are also quite reasonable compared to the rest of the market. I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone that will require your services. Thank you.”

“Fantastic service. Kept me informed with everything. Kindness & sensitivity shown. Very happy with everything, I couldn’t fault them. Made it easy to sort out my mum’s cremation. Losing my mum was so overwhelmingly heartbreaking I couldn’t have sorted out my mum’s funeral without them”

“I made contact with Harriet and Mathew for my Sister’s funeral. From the beginning, both were reassuring and comforting during a very difficult and unfamiliar time. Both offered support and guidance through the process which resulted in a lovely send off for our loved one. Even on the funeral day, the team supported our family with small touches which made a difference such as 3 chairs in the chapel. I would definitely recommend them should another occasion like this presents itself. All the best to the team.”

“From the time I made the first call. I felt totally relieved, and stress free with the wonderful support of all the Staff.On going the emphathy, the info on what, and when to do something. Plus! Dealing with the various Official departments. Most of all the care in which all the Staff handled every step of the process. I couldn't ask for better. Nor could I get any better elsewhere. I rate them 5 out of 5.”

“I’m not usually one to write reviews but In Memory of Life dealt with my late father’s funeral with such dignity that I had to give credit where it’s due. I really liked the full transparency of the itemised quote, the communication throughout (I liked the comms and notifications via WhatsApp). On the day the team did everything expected of them, including the quality printing of the service handouts. I can’t thank every one enough, but special mention to Emma who was so helpful, sympathetic and patient, even when discussing things that In Memory of Life were not responsible for. Thank you”

“I was completely devastated and felt helpless in planning my mother's funeral. I looked on line and came across 'In Memory Of Life. I later telephoned and spoke with the funeral director who guided me through the whole process. I did not have the hassle of physically going there but there were able to provide an amazing service all detailed on their web portal. I commend Megan who was so sympathetic and patient in completing all tasks I requested. I therefore would recommend this Funeral Service without any reservations.”
