“I am 100% satisfied with In Memory Life Service. It was my first time with them and an excellent experience. I found them through an Internet search as a good friend of mine passed away recently at the beginning of July. Her Family needed help as they did not have any idea on how to deal with a Funeral and to be honest neither did I. After finding other people's services and seeing they were only interested in how much the Family would spend, I tried the IMOL Web site. Everything was there, so I followed step-by-step directions until the family chose what they could afford, we submitted the request that Saturday and received a call from them, On Monday we talked to Harriet by video call. She went through all the details respectfully, patiently and she guided us through the preparation for the funeral. We felt supported and guided before and after the ceremony. I will recommend their services without hesitation to any other people who suffer the loss of a loved one. Now I know that there is so much involved when this happens so I appreciate all their help and commitment to support the family recently.”

“The complete ceremony was highly dignified. Right from our arrival at the venue, we were thoroughly briefed stepwise regarding the whole process. Every person who helped on the day was very courteous and patiently replied to our concerns. It was truly very admirable on behalf of Memory of Life when their personnel offered to give a brief but very inspiring speech. I know my mum would have been so happy for all the honour that she was given and that too by people she never met. It is very gratifying to know such organisations exist around us and the day could not have been better for my mum and us even though it was a mix of joy and sadness, recalling the happy memories in the midst of knowing that we will not be able to see her physically amongst us for the rest of our lives. We were even comforted and bid a polite goodbye towards the end of the ceremony. To know that selfless people like these are still around us is a big comfort in itself.”

“We had already previously started preparing a funeral plan for my father following my father diagnosis of Dementia, so we thought we were all prepared. Upon my fathers death we contacted them to start the process. However they lied to us about the availability of the cemetery. they were trying to tell us that they cenetrery would only be available during the first week of September. My father passed away on the 6th July. As you can imagine we were shocked that a funeral director would lied to us at such a difficult time. As a family, we were going through a horrible process and now were left tot ry to organise everything from the beginning. We contacted In loving memory of life and they accommodated all our needs and requests with the care, empathy and guidance which we all would require at this sad time. Harriett was impeccable from the first phone call and through to the day of the funeral. She even called me the following day to check on me and my family. i couldn't ask for anything more at such a sad time and i would thoroughly recommend their service to all. Carla”

“I cannot praise In Memory Of Life enough. Having never arranged a funeral before I could not have done it without the help of Kate who was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond anything I expected. John the conductor was also very friendly and helpful and made sure everything on the day ran smoothly. Ruth the celebrant listened to all our stories about our brother and delivered a very moving personal tribute which many people commented on. The whole team made the service perfect. I cannot thank you all enough and would not hesitate to recommend Memory Of Life. Sheila Wridgway.”

“So very lovely, caring and professional Helpful in every aspect of dealing with my family loss. “From the moment I first spoke to Kate at In Memory of Life I knew I wanted them to be the Funeral Directors for my Brother’s Funeral. It involved bringing together Vicars from two different Churches, the Cemetery and the involvement of family members. Nothing was too much trouble for Kate in the run up to the Funeral and she made what seemed like a mountain to climb possible, liaising with all parties on our behalf, producing the Order of Service and procuring the flowers. She helped deliver everything we wanted before the Day, always responding quickly and checking on the detail. She went above and beyond. Kate kept in regular contact with us throughout and all of her hard work paid off on the Day. Her Team on the Day led by Donna were true professionals and demonstrated so much regard and respect for my Brother and his Family. They made sure everything went to time and to plan. I cannot thank In Memory of Life enough for getting us through this terribly difficult time. Whilst not necessarily wanting to bring money into the equation it is only fair to In Memory for me to mention that the service provided and tangibles including cars etc. were reasonably priced and of a high standard.”

Despite my mother's death being some time ago, the team were very kind and understanding, and helped us plan a final farewell as well as managing proceedings on the day. All the communication was clear and timely, and supportive. We were very grateful.”

“Harriet and Megan were wonderful to deal with and made the difficult process of planning my aunt's funeral so much more manageable. They both responded quickly and kindly to any queries we had, and guided our family through the various stages. John was a reassuring and kind presence both at the Chapel of Rest and on the day of the funeral service. Rev. Polly was a great comfort to the whole family and led a beautiful service. “We recently had the solemn task of arranging a funeral for our mum, and we were immensely grateful for the exceptional services provided by In Memory of Life at New Testament Church and Woolwich Cemetery. From the moment we had telephone contact, Megan displayed an extraordinary level of compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail that made an incredibly difficult time much more bearable. The initial consultation was handled with great sensitivity, and In Memory Of Life took the time to understand our family's wishes and needs. They provided clear and comprehensive information about the options available, including costs, without any pressure. This transparency and honesty were greatly appreciated.
