“I am grateful to In Memory of Life for the caring and professional way they organised and managed my husband's cremation, which took place 20 months after his death. May the Celebrant conducted the service with sensitivity and kindness. It was just perfect .. the right words with the music and singers he enjoyed. Brian, the funeral Director, was thoughtful and professional in his approach. Before my husband died we discussed whether I should attend the cremation; he thought I should not as I would have a long journey for a short ceremony and he didn’t think it was worth it. Even though I was not particularly looking forward to it, I am so glad I did attend to meet him again, and say farewell. It really was the right thing to do and worth it”

“We just wanted to thank you all again for your excellent service you have given from the first phone calls with Nick and Harriet, to yourself and the team at the crematorium led by Stuart. “Excellent organisation and support from the preparation, through to the service and follow up aftercare. Crematorium and grounds, beautiful with good facilities for those attending. Friendly, helpful, supportive staff. This made a difficult time positive and pleasant for us.”

“This is a challenging time as in our case it was four years to the day that my mother passed. This team were compassionate and caring they offered every support in particular in our case as we were delayed in arrival they rescheduled for later in the morning and helped to ensure that I and my father felt supported and calm. This was exceptional care.”

“In memory of life provided a great, sensitive and supportive service, that helped me navigate the bureaucratic and practical steps associated with my mothers death, and her funeral. I really appreciated their approach, that provides individual support and a one-stop site to make choices, that meant that we were able to have the personalised funeral, that reflected my mothers character and passions. I strongly recomend them to others.”

“From the out-set the staff at Memory of Life were extremely kind and considerate and took the time to help in every way. Their communication skills were second to none, explaining every detail and advising of the best course of action - nothing was too much trouble for them. “From the very first call I made, clueless about the process of planning a funeral to being dropped off after the ceremony Harriet was absolutely AMAZING!! She was professional, very responsive and ready to answer any questions I had. Martin and his team were also brilliant. Highly recommended.”

“Outstanding support with impeccable service. The staff were very professional from beginning to end. Would like to say a special thank you to Harriet who was very respectful and took us through each stage of the process step by step. Thanks should be extend to the team at O’Dwyer - Funeral Director and their representative Alex who was very professional on the day of the cremation. I highly recommend In Memory of Life as they made what was a difficult period as smooth as possible.”
