“Initially I wasn’t sure about arranging everything on line but in fact it was much more efficient any queries were answered almost immediately by email or phone call even at the weekends or evenings and being a family run business made the whole process more personal I would definitely recommend this company”

“It was a very tough and difficult time for us as a family, In Memory of Life treated us with a lot of sensitivity and respect. Harriet was so flexible, we never once felt pressured into making any decision. They really made the funeral plans a lot more bearable. Thank you so much!”

“In memory of life was a God sent, l never knew l will get this heavenly reception from them , from Luke, Harriet they are fabulous and did excellent job. The care, support was exceptional.wil recommend then any day anytime. Harriet well done for your time , patients,soft word and answer above all the trust you had in me and my brother is beyond my imagination. Thank you for making me being able to give my mum a befitting burial. Thank and thank. I lost my dad 5 years ago and the reception l got then was not not like in memory of life Thank you Harriet for your listening hear and good heart to me and my brother. Am forever grateful and won't forget this kind of in a hurry.”

“Fabulous service - website easy to navigate . Advice given throughout . Can contact via email , phone or WhatsApp and no question too trivial . Matt and Luke were really helpful but Harriet went above and beyond . She was compassionate and informative throughout . The whole team made an extremely difficult and emotional process easy and less stressful . Thoroughly recommend Rebecca as the celebrant too . Thank you In Memory of Life Team - Julie”

“I am so glad I chose In Memory of Life to organize the funeral of my mother. Overall the company were extremely efficient (they did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it). I found Matthew extremely sympathetic, supportive and flexible, always willing to accommodate my needs - particularly at a difficult time. His patience was felt and he guided me through the process of a funeral, providing straight forward paper work to support it and make it easily understood. He also provided regular updates as to how things were progressing. I would recommend this company to everyone going through a bereavement. They made the funeral process and experience stress free.”

“Well what can I say . Words can not express how memory of life got me through what was an extremely heartbreaking and difficult time . Each member of the team I spoke to all made me feel at ease and they went out of their way to reliever the best service . “An extremely pleasant team, who were very accommodating of my family and I. Patient, gentle and kind, they took amazing care of my father and treated him with dignity. They were always contactable by phone and email and were flexible. The drivers were so sweet and cordial and the service was beautiful, thanks In Memory Of Life!”

“The Team at In Memory of Life were so professional and supportive throughout the whole painful process of arranging my mum’s funeral. Harriet was my main contact, and she was very compassionate, thoughtful and kind. She understood we wanted something different from the norm, and she helped us arrange a really personalised funeral. She went above and beyond what I could have expected, and it meant a lot and was very much appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend In Memory of Life, they provided an excellent service”

“Losing someone is very hard and very quickly the practicality of organising a funeral can become very overwhelming. I really appreciate Matt, Luke, Martin, Bob and the team who supported me and my family through this very difficult time to deliver a service that felt warm comforting and reassuring. “Memory of Life gave us excellent service. When we first called the company, we spoke at first to Matthew and then Harriet took over our 'case'. She was brilliant, in that she made us feel that she was always there for us, she always remembered our names, she was extremely accommodating when we were doing some things at the last minute. She was always calm, never impatient with us. Everything ran very smoothly and we felt that if anything went wrong, she would be a steady influence. We were also impressed with the gentlemen who brought Pat to the church. They were pleasant and efficient. Bob was the 'leader' and he was very amiable and very consoling. We would happily recommend your organisation to anyone.”

“We had read the reviews and decided that the ‘family’ service was what we wanted at a very sad time. Matthew was sensational he talked me through everything, we were a small funeral but I felt he cared no matter how small or expense. He arranged everything and did everything we asked no matter how odd it might have seemed. Nothing was too much. On the day the car was just stunning the driver was relaxed, calming amazing in London’s traffic. On arrival David was there to guide and assist us. He was so lovely and gentle I just wanted to hug him. It was the most beautiful day for my family. There was nothing we would of changed. Thank you, Mathew and David, from the bottom of my heart for making my Dads day so special.”
