“Very professional team all the way. Matthew and Megan were fantastic. They supported us right from the beginning. I had tons of questions being my first time to arrange a funeral. Martin our Conductor was great and so was Simon the videographer. I would definitely recommend this company without any slight doubt. You will definitely not regret.”

“The entire team couldn’t of been more helpful in giving our Dad the send off he deserved. Megan who I dealt with the most was so helpful in explaining everything that we needed. It made a very difficult time that much easier to handle. They were impressive, professional and caring. An absolutely amazing team.”

“We can’t thank Megan and the team, especially May, Martin and Luke, at In Memory Of Life enough for helping us give our Mum the send off she deserved. Even at the point of coming across their website, it was clear that they were different to others around, everything felt friendly and personal. From the first call and throughout the process, the support and kindness shown to us will be something we never forget. In a time of complete heartbreak for our family, to know we had people that genuinely care, guiding us through, meant so much. “Not coming from London we picked 'In Memory of Life' by chance. We were so glad we did as they made everything so easy for us at an incredible sad time for my family in, what to us is a foreign city. Everything was done with so much respect for my son.I cannot thank all the staff members enough for helping us to get through.”

“From the point of first contact, the service provided by Matthew and Lucy was first class. Both were wonderfully kind, sympathetic and understanding, and gave me inavluable help and advice on how to choose the best way forward. Lucy has been an absolute star throughout, keeping me informed with every step of what was a particularly difficult process. Her help with matters other than the cremation has been outstanding, above and beyond anything I would ever have expected a firm of funeral directors to offer. In Memory of Life are without doubt a cut above the best. Excellence in action. I'm profoundly grateful for everything they have done for me. They've been wonderful.”

“I can't thank Lucy and the IMOL team enough for their service, expertise, courtesy and care. I had no idea where to start with organising my uncle's funeral but they made a very sad time effortless. Ruth, the celebrant was amazing with my aunt and together we created a perfect send off. I highly recommend this company.”

“I was unsure at first at using a different funeral director to the one I used for my Dad, however, I was so impressed with everyone at Memory of life. I dealt with Lucy who I have to say was so lovely she helped me every step of the way , she showed compassion & empathy and contacted me regularly & always ask how I was and showed concern,she was of great support to me. On the day of the funeral the funeral directors were fantastic and ensured the day ran smoothly. So impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them to look after your loved ones. Thank you for making a difficult time easier to deal with”

“Honestly I just don’t know what I would have done without Megan and Mathew. They were amazing no one else was by my side during all this preparation. It was so hard having to arrange another funeral within six months. But Megan and Matthew were so calm and helpful. Even to the night before when we changed our song arrangement. If I was near I would have hugged them both. 5/5 from me I won’t hesitate to recommend. Please God I won’t be talking to them for a while!”

“The sudden loss of my Dad has been unbearable and having to deal with arranging his funeral, while still in shock was something I never thought I’d be able to do. After speaking to various funeral directors, I knew immediately that “In memory of life” was going to be the one and I was right. Harriet has been amazing from start to finish. With her support and guidance she helped me to make my own decisions without any pressure and really made the whole process a lot easier than I could have ever imagined it to be. I will always be truly grateful to her for that. My Dad had the perfect send off. The director for the service on the day “Martin” was brilliant and kept me calm and informed throughout along with the celebrant “May Andrews” who was recommended to me by Harriet, did an amazing job in honouring my Dad. I cannot praise them all enough for everything they have done to make the worst time of my life a little less painful and not at all stressful. Thank you”

“Couldn’t have asked for more. My mum died on the Tuesday and I called late that day. The Cremation, coffin with flowers, orders of service in the crematorium of our choice with the loveliest of Priests all arranged for the Friday the same week. Special thanks to Harriet but all the team were wonderful and the sympathy felt genuine. We chose them because of the good reviews and they were not wrong. Thank you from all of Kates family.”
