“During this very emotional time the staff of In Memory of life were sympathetic and supportive giving advice and guidance as necessary and making all practical arrangements impeccably. They went above and beyond in their efforts to make the celebration of a life memorable and as painless as could be. I cannot praise them highly enough they were superb.”

“I cannot express my gratitude enough for this amazing company. They have shown nothing but compassion, respect, kindness and professionalism throughout my dealings with them. From the first point of contact with Matthew to the day I received my uncles ashes 2 days ago, every person I have spoken to from In Memory of Life has carried out their business with dignity and respect. The staff have made a very difficult time as seamless and stress free for me as possible and I appreciate the care and most amazing customer service they have provided me. And not to mention we are in the middle of a pandemic, In Memory of Life did not let this effect the care, empathy and standard of service they delivered! Thank You from the bottom of my heart.”

“Matt and the team handled my Aunt's funeral with sensitivity and professionality. In the current Covid situation, we suggested a way of running the funeral online which was somewhat new, not only for people to be able to watch online, but also to allow them to participate online and have some time to share memories together afterwards. In Memory of Life embraced this idea and made it happen. It was a beautiful service, and all the practicalites around the arrangements were made very easy. I and my family are very grateful.”

“In just a few words, I felt well supported and felt comfortable with all the help offered to me. I must say my uncle have had a wonderful send off, in spite of the lockdown due to the virus, we were able to exercise due care and distancing for all attendants to be safe as can be. They were always willing to help and nothing was too much for them. This lightened to the load at a very difficult time. My father's funeral was carried out with such dignity and care. “The death of a loved one is a difficult time made even harder by COVID however Matt and the team were brilliant and really helpful. Mum had a really lovely send off. The motorcycle hearse made the day even more special and Rebecca from Daisy Chain Celebrant services and Martin made sure everything ran smoothly. I can’t thank everyone enough.”

“I did not know what to expect this being my first funeral arrangements that I have had to make. All I can say is Harriet and her team were absolutely brilliant they could not have been more understanding or patient with me nothing was too much trouble and no question too silly. The funeral went so well I could not have been happier. They answered every call and responded to every email that I made. I was not rushed into making a decision and no deadlines set right up to the evening before.”

“Can I say a big thank you to everyone at In Memory of Life. You made the whole process of organising mum’s cremation easy and stress free and your staff were caring and considerate. Both Matt and Harriet were extremely understanding, giving me advice and understanding of the changes that I made - even at short notice. The wicker coffin and flowers were amazing and mum would have loved them. The process for selecting flowers was simple and many of the mourners used their services to order the flowers, The service was beautiful and a fitting tribute to my mum. May Andrew’s eulogy was perfect and everything was just as I wanted - if not more. A big thank you”

“I was so lucky to accidentally call IMOL the morning my mother passed away in our home. They were very professional and caring. Nick and Matt carefully took me through everything that needed to be organized. They helped patiently and sensitively to any requests. The fees are very transparent so you know how much you will be paying and don't have to worry. Our funeral, as many now, was during the pandemic. They were able to provide live streaming for family and friends who couldn't attend. Matt came to the funeral on the day as we had been unable to meet due to lockdown restrctions. All the staff were very kind and friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend.”
