“In Memory of Life were really fantastic during this difficult type for our family. Their customer service, responsiveness and care was just what we needed and more. They adapted around our specific needs, advised us thoughtfully and helped us to make our mum’s wishes be followed as she would have wanted. “Having just spoken to an unhelpful person at a local funeral directors, thank goodness I came across In Memory of Life after a Google search! Every single person that I dealt with was so kind, sympathetic, helpful, knowledgeable and more. A big thank you to Kate who organised everything with such care and compassion and made sure things ran smoothly on the day. An excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Laya at In Memory of Life was excellent in helping to organise the committal service for our mum. She was caring, respectful and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. She offered to sort out with a different crematorium where mum's ashes could be scattered and always responded to emails quickly. On the day, the funeral directors were helpful and supportive and the service went very smoothly. In Memory of Life made the whole process much easier for mums.”

“Right from the start, I knew I had picked the right organisation to go through this process with. Organising my mother's funeral was one of the hardest things I have had to do, but of course, it does need to be done. My initial call with Kate put me at ease immediately, Kate was sincere and empathic, whilst being practical and informative, guiding me when nessasary. Nothing was to much trouble, they came out to my work 3 times for various reasons, making everything a more smooth process. The Funeral conductor, May, again, like Kate immediately put me at ease, naturally kind-hearted and comforting, May explained the funeral process clearly and efficiently during our face-to-face meeting and everything went accordingly on the day of the funeral. Thank you very much to Kate, May, Brian and any others involved, I would highly recommend.”

“I had initial doubts about using In Memory of Life funeral directors, as I had never heard of them before. However, after doing some online research and trusting my gut, I can confidently say that choosing them was the best decision we could have made. They are a family-run business, and it’s clear that they are perfectly suited for the important work they do. It takes a very specific skill set to be in this line of work, as you are constantly dealing with people who have experienced loss. As a family, we felt comforted and truly listened to. They took full charge and control of every element of the arrangements, allowing us to focus on grieving and supporting one another. They went above and beyond for us—Harriet, in particular, was a superhero! Her calming voice and comforting manner made all the difference during such a difficult time. We are so grateful for everything they did and will undoubtedly contact them if ever we are in need of these services. Their partners at the Chapel of rest lead by John gave that perosnal care and characterised the higest level of profesionalism and dignity required in these delicate situations. Thank you will never be sufficient for all that you have done but please know that your kindness has left an indelibale mark on all our hearts.”

“From my very first interaction with in memory of life it was amazing and I knew straight away this was the funeral company i wanted to go with! They wasn’t regimented like all the other companies I had rung previously to them. They was empathetic and compassionate . Harriet has been beyond amazing! From late night messages and stupid questions nothing was too much for us to ask! Every little detail was done with ease and they made a terrible time for us seem just that little more bearable! Even with Harriet being on annual leave she was still answering my question! Harriet and team you have been beyond amazing and I cannot recommend you all enough. So if your looking for a funeral company that cares please use in memory of life! I’ll definitely be passing your number out to everyone I know and my family and I will be ringing shortly to ensure we have our pre paid funeral plans with you too! Thank you again in memory of life you made my nans last journey a pleasant one and she would be smiling down on us knowing we done her proud and we owe that to you.
