“Losing someone is very hard and very quickly the practicality of organising a funeral can become very overwhelming. I really appreciate Matt, Luke, Martin, Bob and the team who supported me and my family through this very difficult time to deliver a service that felt warm comforting and reassuring. At a time where it can be easy to feel lost, I really appreciate how it felt like there was always someone at the end of the phone to help me. Thank you to everyone at Memory of Life for your help.”

“Memory of Life gave us excellent service. When we first called the company, we spoke at first to Matthew and then Harriet took over our 'case'. She was brilliant, in that she made us feel that she was always there for us, she always remembered our names, she was extremely accommodating when we were doing some things at the last minute. She was always calm, never impatient with us. Everything ran very smoothly and we felt that if anything went wrong, she would be a steady influence. We were also impressed with the gentlemen who brought Pat to the church. They were pleasant and efficient. Bob was the 'leader' and he was very amiable and very consoling. We would happily recommend your organisation to anyone.”

“In memory of life, We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the team naming Mathew and Harriet, As a family we felt we had a mountain to climb with having mom repatriation to the Uk and then organising her funeral. Mathew and Harriet supported us all the way and was always at hand to answer any questions big or small this was priceless to us at our time of loss, We would highly recommend In Memory of life to any other families, Once again a Big thank you to all of your Team. “We had read the reviews and decided that the ‘family’ service was what we wanted at a very sad time. Matthew was sensational he talked me through everything, we were a small funeral but I felt he cared no matter how small or expense. He arranged everything and did everything we asked no matter how odd it might have seemed. Nothing was too much. On the day the car was just stunning the driver was relaxed, calming amazing in London’s traffic. On arrival David was there to guide and assist us. He was so lovely and gentle I just wanted to hug him. It was the most beautiful day for my family. There was nothing we would of changed. Thank you, Mathew and David, from the bottom of my heart for making my Dads day so special.”

“Nothing was too much trouble for Harriet and Matthew, who held my hand through every stage of the process of creating the funeral service for my brother. The website page was easy to navigate and the celebrant, Jo Napthine, helped me to create a lovely visual tribute and a simple but moving service. Several people commented that it was touching and beautiful. I have also felt supported after the funeral itself. I highly recommend In Memory of Life.”

“As named next of kin I found the initial thought of planning a funeral completely overwhelming. I had no idea where or how to start. With no guidance from older family members and only being 38 years old myself, I felt completely out of my depth. I contacted a few funeral directors and one clearly stood out from all of them; In Memory of Life. From the very start, their kindness and compassion made an emotionally overwhelming situation that little bit more bearable. They virtually held my hand guiding me through the process, offering their advice and support when making such important decisions. Their level of professionalism is second to none and they accommodated my every request. Everything was explained to me so I understood each step of the process and their fee structure was very clear, there were no hidden extra costs. They were so thorough and managed everything on my behalf, down to the very last detail. When my anxiety would take over, they would call to reassure me and on the day of the funeral the funeral conductor brought such a sense of calm and steadied my nerves. The service you provided went above and beyond expectation and I will be forever grateful . Best wishes to you and the team.”

“From my very first phone call to In Memory Of Life, their service was fantastic. The office team, Matthew, Luke and Harriet were all extremely friendly, courteous, helpful and resourceful. They very efficiently took care of my every wish regarding my late husband's funeral, always being there for me and approachable at any time. They provided a truly personal service and at a competitive rate. Their staff present on the day of the funeral, especially Martin the funeral conductor, carried out their duties with dignity and professionalism, while at the same time being very kind and helpful. And In Memory Of Life's ability to come up with a Celebrant who fitted my requirements was a stroke of genius! I would unreservedly recommend In Memory Of Live to anyone in need of a funeral director.”

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Team at In Memory of Life. Choosing this company to organise/manage the cremation of my sister was the best decision I could have made. The website was easy to navigate and this made it easy to see what the overall cost would be. Harriet kept me update on all matters and was in contact with me on a regular basis. Matt was very helpful with making the required adjustments to a video that we had put together. This worked well on the day with no issue. Martin the pallbearer made sure that everything went smoothly on the day. I am very happy with the service that was provided in very difficult time for my family. Without hesitation I would highly recommend this company.”

“We would like to express our deep gratitude the service was excellent from first contact right through to completion. All involved acted in a professional yet empathic manner and communication was first class in every aspect. All arrangements were basically agreed and put in place within a short period of time and every thing perfectly clear as things progressed. Any concerns were responded to promptly which really helped us all and options or advice gratefully received. we needed this level of communication due to our particular circumstances. All cost from point of first contact were clearly explained and adjusted to suit our requirements yet did not take priority throughout. On the day everyone was excellent i could not recommend highly enough, family and friends felt the same. Well done to you all god bless and i hope if your services are required by any one reading this review... I would say make the initial contact (Mathew was excellent as all the team were) then you will quickly see the reason why i have given this 5 stars. The Ministers Michael & Marjorie king (Kings of Kings Ministries) were excellent and we felt that culturally they were really supportive and engaged with us all on a personal level even being with us throughout most of the day, laying flowers on our loved ones grave, praying with us and afterward they came back to bless our food in the evening. Everyone well done.”
