“Harriet and Matt are amazing. Their humanity and empathy during the most difficult time of my life was incredible. They took me through each stage of the funeral arrangements with great care, clarity and efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always available if needed. “The support and help from Harriet and In memory of Life team was really great, The service we reciecved was brilliant, they helped step by step, from start to finish, with support, ideas, and guidance, no pressure on selling extras, just help in what to think about, there knowledge on the whole was brilliant, they managed all the things that are involved along the way, Never a problem to ring and ask a question, The funeral conductor and his bearers on the day were kind, courteous and very profession, thank you so much,”

“I could not recommend 'inmemory of life' highly enough. Sensitive, helpful, responsive, understanding and very personal service right from first contact to the cremation. In particular lovely recommendations and arrangements for flowers and mementos all taken care of. Their attention to unusual arrangements were accommodated beautifully - so the funeral and celebration of life remains a treasured memory for all of us.”

“The service provided was second to none. Extremely compassionate, considerate and attentive. I mainly dealt with Matt and in his absence I dealt with Luke. Both offered a five star service. Nothing was too much trouble.”

“Many thanks to Harriet and the team for their guidance and support in arranging my brother’s funeral at New Southgate crematorium. Harriet was always caring and professional throughout this difficult time. On the day, Martin the funeral conductor ensured the Service ran very smoothly for us and the pall-bearers were especially kind to our two sons who helped them. “The death of a loved one is very traumatic for the family, especially the unexpected death of a child. We are very thankful to the staff of In Memory Of Life for their professionalism and how their dealt with our concerns. They gave us a quote after listening to all our requirements and were very patient with our constant changes. They were always at hand and guided us through every stage of the process. “Thankyou to all of the team at Memory of Life. When I first called you I spoke with Matt who immediately made me feel calm and assured that what I had in mind for my Dad's funeral would be priced fairly with no extras or compromise's to be made. Once we began the process of arranging it felt like I was dealing with friends almost in that it was easy and comfortable. Ruth, our celebrant, is the most amazing woman and made the eulogy that I could not read perfect for me, my dad and all family members. I would highly recommend Memory of Life to anyone that was feeling (as I was) frustrated by the "package style" pricing from other funeral directors. To quote Matt when I first enquired, "It's unbelievable to me that at a time like this you should be expected to choose a 'package' that does entirely suit you. We price based on what you truly want". At that time that was music to my ears and I have to say I still compared prices across four FD's in the area and Memory of Life on balance was the most competitive. So all things considered I made the right choice. Thankyou all.”

“Memory of Life were a wonderful in dealing with my fathers funeral. We initially went with another Funeral Parlour but found them to be to be too commercially minded and brash. Memory of Life took over my fathers care an the transfers with great sensitivity never failing to be understanding and flexible to our needs. What a wonderful team at Memory of Life. It was kindness, respect and understanding all the way through. Thank you to all the team at Memory of Life.”
