“Our incredible family member donated their body to medical research so we waited a year before we could finally lay our loved one to rest. Caitlin and her team were so kind, caring and compassionate throughout this journey. Our service was carried out by May, she was so gentle and considerate, and our service was absolutely beautiful. She conveyed the celebration of life with such love and in a kind and empathic way. We cannot thank you for all your effort for the most perfect send off for our loved one.”

“My father passed away in August. I googled Funeral Directors near Leytonstone and of the four I found, I would highly recommend In Memory of Life. Their quote was detailed and competitive. However, their support, service and flexibility were incredible. Kate in particular patient and thorough. The funeral was beautiful and everything happened just like clockwork. Thank you to all In Memory of Life and as I say, I would highly recommend In Memory of Life.”

“Our family can't thank in memory of life enough for the beautiful funeral service for my beautiful sister...I had a great feeling about this company from the very beginning....not knowing anything about planning a funeral the website was so easy to navigate...we were a little concerned initially that our meeting was to be done via zoom and not in person, we thought it may be a little impersonal...we were so wrong. Michelle was so lovely and listened to everything we wanted for Rebecca and we knew we had definitely chosen right with in memory of life...Michelle was at the end of the phone at any time to answer any questions we had....we really felt she cared. The whole team were amazing and the day itself couldn't have been more perfect...thank you again to all of you for the perfect send off for Rebecca xx”

“I do not live in London so organising a funeral for my aunt was always going to present some challenges. I made enquiries with a few funeral directors but chose In Memory Of Life because Harriet was so helpful, understanding and reassuring from the start and the quoted price was reasonable. We conducted the celebration of life ourselves and needed quite a bit of advice as we were not familiar with the area or the crematoriums. Harriet ,or one of her colleagues, was always available by phone and kept in regular contact helping us at every step along the way. I would sum up the service we received as very efficient, caring and professional. The celebration went really well on the day and we felt well supported by Alex the funeral conductor. Thank you.”

“My mother's funeral was unusual as she had donated her body to medical research and learning, however Caitlin and other members of the team at In Memory Of Life could not have been more helpful in arranging the service and explaining the process. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day the service felt very personal.”

“We were very impressed with all the trouble taken to give our mother a fitting and highly personal funeral, respecting and appreciating the gift of her body to medical science nearly four years ago. All the staff involved, office, undertaker and celebrant, were really kind and understanding. One comment which may be useful: we read in the details you sent that we would be shown a stone afterwards commemorating those who had given their body to science. We weren't shown it and once we tracked it down we understood why! So we suggest you omit that from the details and maybe also encourage the crematorium to improve the area in which it sits.”

“Requested support over a weekend as my friend's life was slipping away and nothing was prepared in advance.Searched for a quality professional team to be ready for the time we all dread.Phoned on Sunday to prepare and again at 1330hrs the following Wednesday to collect my friend.All executed in a caring professional manner. Their performance made a huge difference to my friend's family. My sincere thanks go to Nick, Harriett and Katie for their organizational and response service. Also to their 'hidden' team who dealt with the delicate actions. Highly recommend a team who understands both the formalities and personal requirements of such a sad and difficult scenario.
