“We were very impressed with all the trouble taken to give our mother a fitting and highly personal funeral, respecting and appreciating the gift of her body to medical science nearly four years ago. All the staff involved, office, undertaker and celebrant, were really kind and understanding. One comment which may be useful: we read in the details you sent that we would be shown a stone afterwards commemorating those who had given their body to science. We weren't shown it and once we tracked it down we understood why! So we suggest you omit that from the details and maybe also encourage the crematorium to improve the area in which it sits.”

“Requested support over a weekend as my friend's life was slipping away and nothing was prepared in advance.Searched for a quality professional team to be ready for the time we all dread.Phoned on Sunday to prepare and again at 1330hrs the following Wednesday to collect my friend.All executed in a caring professional manner. Their performance made a huge difference to my friend's family. My sincere thanks go to Nick, Harriett and Katie for their organizational and response service. Also to their 'hidden' team who dealt with the delicate actions. Highly recommend a team who understands both the formalities and personal requirements of such a sad and difficult scenario. Many thanks Graham”

“I am grateful to In Memory of Life for the caring and professional way they organised and managed my husband's cremation, which took place 20 months after his death. May the Celebrant conducted the service with sensitivity and kindness. It was just perfect .. the right words with the music and singers he enjoyed. Brian, the funeral Director, was thoughtful and professional in his approach. Before my husband died we discussed whether I should attend the cremation; he thought I should not as I would have a long journey for a short ceremony and he didn’t think it was worth it. Even though I was not particularly looking forward to it, I am so glad I did attend to meet him again, and say farewell. It really was the right thing to do and worth it”

“This is a challenging time as in our case it was four years to the day that my mother passed. This team were compassionate and caring they offered every support in particular in our case as we were delayed in arrival they rescheduled for later in the morning and helped to ensure that I and my father felt supported and calm. This was exceptional care.”

“In memory of life provided a great, sensitive and supportive service, that helped me navigate the bureaucratic and practical steps associated with my mothers death, and her funeral. I really appreciated their approach, that provides individual support and a one-stop site to make choices, that meant that we were able to have the personalised funeral, that reflected my mothers character and passions.
