“Very good price. Was easy to book and were prompt in booking the survey. Results of survey were back within a couple of days, so glad I had it done, it saved us from making a huge mistake. All in all great service.”

“Really easy to organise. Our survey gave us enough information to make us realise that the property was not for us. Probably save us several thousands of pounds in the long term. The survey was well worth the money.”

“Excellent and Helpful service It was a great service . Completed the inspection as earlier as requested. The reports were on time and explained very clearly details of the property. “From the initial online quote to the delivery of the homebuyer's report, the process went very smoothly for us. The cost of the survey was a lot less than the quotes we'd obtained from local businesses. The layout and content of the final report was generally very good and helped us to re-negotiate our offer. We were notified via texts and emails when the surveyor would be attending and when the report was available for download from the portal (approx. two weeks after the visit). Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service provided, given the times we currently live in, and would definitely recommend and use again.”

“Absolutely first class service from iMyHome team. i got the HomeBuyers Survey from them. Communication was very clear and precise. All transaction was done over the phone considering the covid times. iMyHome collaborated with the estate agent and the sellers to fix a time. Survey was completed in the agreed date and time. I got my reports in 5 days from the date of the survey. The Surveyors Report, was presented to very high professional standard. The issues were highlighted by using a traffic light system, to show up important works needing to be carried out on our property purchase. However, the Surveyor did not send pictures along with the report. Overall very impressive. Would thoroughly recommend iMyHome. 4.5/5 stars from me.”

“The survey did highlight some points of which we weren't aware which was useful Nothing to deter the purchase thankfully. I did find the report somewhat lengthy and some of the points came up in more than one section. But it was thorough”

“It was a very straight forward process, I spoke to a friendly member of staff and we went through what would happen. The staff member was very knowledgable and gave some excellent advice. A date was agreed, I was kept up to date of what was happening. The report was completed in excellent time and was exactly as I had expected and informed what I would receive. Overall, a helpful and friendly service that delivered its promise at the best available rate (I chose this company via a comparison web site and saved around £100)”

“Prior to the survey iMyHome had good customer service and arranged the date quicker than expected. The survey was conducted quickly and easy to read and understand however, some parts weren’t completed as the surveyor couldn’t locate the water cut off or electrical circuit and didn’t mention the fact to the estate agent.”

“Every thing was good except for the fact that the survey went ahead with out our final permission. We agreed to the survey but to hold on until we knew the house was ours. As a result the survey was done when we had just lost a buyer on ours. However we now have a new buyer and we hopefully will proceed with the completion.”
