“Messed up our mortgage application, they based their valuation report undervalued the property by 30k and was incomplete and missing any explanation of why it was so undervalued - they were very obstructive during the appeal process to defend their drivel rather than try and make it right - we had to go for another mortgage application with another bank and got the valuation approved through them instead without delay”

“Imyhome is an aggregator and help source surveyors to those looking for surveys. They do not filter for quality or have any control over surveyors. They contracted out our survey to someone who missed the survey date, did not inform imyhome or us, and rescheduled for 2 weeks later no explanation. We are 3 weeks out from out closing date with no survey. Completely unprofessional. You are better off contacting surveyors independently.”

“The report is really detailed and the plan was reasonably priced. However the online portal was unclear. It told me to log in to see my report and it did not appear. I was unsure if it was complete so had to email.”
