“They were swift, answered my questions, easy to chat to, the process was easy when booking, uncomplicated just as I like it. I will definitely use them again”

“Avoid! They initially lure you with a competitive quote and a short lead time. Once you commit to purchase the nothing goes according to the plan. The surveyor didn't show up at the property on the agreed date, and yet, no one thought of informing us that the survey has been rescheduled by another 2 weeks. we have found out from the estate agent. When you call Harry picks up a phone, but.. hey ho, there are two Harry's!! and whenever you call each one says you have spoken to the other one, then you speak to the other one and he says you spoken to the other Harry! Ridiculous. No question can be ever answered, all you hear you will get a callback, yet no call back ever. Poor service and no discount offered. Save yourself the stress and delay in the process, not worth it.”

“Very easy to book. People were friendly. The surveyor called on the morning of the inspection to ask whether I had any specific concerns. Unfortunately I didn't get to speak with him until after the inspection but he gave me a brief overview of his findings which was nice.”

“Easy to arrange a survey on line, followed up by a phone call. The types of survey are explained and all questions answered that you may have. No pressure to go ahead. When you make payment they contact a local surveyor to you. That surveyor then introduces themselves and also discusses what will be done. After the survey, the surveyor calls you back on site and goes over his survey. He provided good advice and was able to allay any concerns. This was followed up by the written survey. Very happy with this service and less costly than estate agents in house surveyor teams.”

“Poor service from start to finish, having paid our money upfront we had to chase to get a survey assigned and then waited over 3 weeks for the report. Furthermore the website is badly designed, incomplete and overall very poor. The survey however, was well written and very detailed. My recommendation would be to go direct.”

Good afternoon, Firstly, it is good to know that you were satisfied with the survey that was produced, and I hope that you managed to use the report to your advantage when it came to moving forward with the purchase. With regards to the delay in producing the report. I understand that the surveyor who undertook the inspection fell ill post-inspection and so while he was still working, there was a slight delay in completing the report. As I am sure you can appreciate, this is something that is beyond our control. “Very nice and professional, good price, easy to booking at a click away. One remark I have to make-the survey was silent, he did not want to give it too much information so the communication was very poor but that does not mean that he did not do his job professionally. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and quick with which they did their job.”
