“Comprehensive, thorough, fast and very pleasant interaction. The team were very responsive in organising the visit at very short notice. The surveyor was fantastic and produced a really well documented report with very sensible advice and in under 2 days! Would definitely recommend!”

“Excellent survey of home I am about to purchase. Very comprehensive report answering all the possible questions that could be asked. Even the house seller commented that surveyor was very very thorough. Booking was easy and pricing very competitive. Thank you for arranging everything. Great service.”

“The survey was simple and quick to arrange - the price was exceptionally good for a standard homebuyer survey level 2. Customer service on requesting the survey from Harry was spot on, and the survey was carried out promptly and efficiently. I was contacted by Alex, the surveyor, the next day who took the time to talk me through the report, highlighting level 3 issues. Report had good pictures and explanations of potential issues. She was excellent, thorough and clear. Would highly recommend their services. Portal could be better but a minor thing with everything else being excellent.”

“Quick response and date put in for survey. Good communication. Surveyor called me to discuss some questions I had. Overall I found them very efficient and was happy with the service. Would recommend.”

“Generally the report was what i was looking for. There were a couple of observations by the surveyor which did not correspond to the legal searches which have been carried out eg he thought there was a private septic tank when in fact the development is connected to the main drains and sewers. Possibly more emphasis could have been put on the lack of an up to date test certificate for the electrical system and the central heating system as these are very important internal elements.”

“RICS Level 2 report The service was incredibly fast from point of request to the inspection being carried out to the report being delivered. Especially considering this being done in mid December. Will definitely use the service again!”
