“Surveyor missed out key issues with the property purchased, did not send pictures till after exchange. Costing a hefty amount to rectify issues that should have been highlighted in the survey.”

“Absolutely first class service. The Surveyors Report, was presented to very high professional standard. It enabled us to justify the importance of having a survey, highlighting issues by using a traffic light system, to show up important works needing to be carried out on our property purchase.”

“It’s always a good idea have a property surveyed prior to purchase, but ringing round we were dismayed at cost and time delay involved until we found iMyHome. The cost was reasonable and the time scale much shorter. The survey report was professional and far-reaching, giving us all the information that we required. The young ladies who took my calls were very pleasant and competent.”
