Great service. Easy to book, quickly confirmed and carried out in a timely fashion. No need to contact agent etc all taken care of. Report produced same day as survey and good quality with explanations. One major issue came up but able to phone and talk it through and next steps. Highly recommend and great price & service

Terrible communications, non existent the majority of the time. Took weeks to get an appointment despite being told it would be “quick” when I paid for the service. Zero communication with surveyors, I had to chase on the day of the appointment. Delays in getting the valuation. Then they couldn’t decide if it was a 5 working day turn around as per the terms or a newly made up 7 working days… got it eventually. Really don’t think it needed to be that stressful and that much of an effort. We live and learn! Next time I shall do my homework and find an actual independent who can book me in on my initial enquiry rather than a broker!

Had to wait slightly longer than i hoped but the customer service is very good and the survey was done relatively quickly. I would use them again.

Happy with how the portal worked, report was very comprehensive, but had to chase as was told it would be 5-7 days by the surveyor but still hadn't heard anything by day 8. As soon as we chased it was sent through to us

The survey I paid for failed to give an accurate description of the house we are looking to buy. Items listed as needing urgent attention were wrong and after I requested a price reduction from the vendor, was given evidence to support the inaccuracies. It was deeply embarrassing to request a reduction based on an inaccurate survey report. I made a complaint to the surveyors over a week ago but haven’t had a reply. Deeply unsatisfactory.
