“Straightforward to set up and pay, and seemed quick to pass on the details to the surveyors but the surveyors sat on the request for a fair few days. This led to delays.”

“Easy to use and allocated me a great surveyor. Unfortunately the surveyor hold up the sale process cancelling the survey but wasn’t really imymoves issue.”

“I My Home were very helpful and responsive - the first intro call I had with Harry was really helpful, and Harry was always quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the process. I wasn't overly impressed with the surveyor as I found the report to be quite unhelpful in places (noting matters as for urgent remedial action, when in actual fact it was more routine or just not being able to rule out a risk). Appreciate surveyors need to "cover themselves", but it wasn't easy to understand which were real problems and which weren't. I've seen a number of these reports before and haven't had this issue before. That said, that isn't a reflection on iMyHome who have been great throughout. I just think next time I would go with a specific surveyor who had been recommended by word of mouth, and who I could have a direct conversation with to discuss the findings.”

“I have had to review surveys for purchases in trusts and probate. I look for a clear summary which my report had. This was for my own house purchase. The traffic light system adds to clarity. Please with information clarity and layout.”

“Very in depth survey. Also discussed my concerns on the phone explaining things .Great value for money .Was one of the cheapest quotes I received. Very helpful polite and nothing is to much customer service guys on the phone. Survey was back within the 10 days time slot quoted. Have recommended to all my friends and family. An all round great service fro. Start to finish.”
