“Organised and efficient service even during the pandemic. They were also the best cost wise too so I was very happy. Survey was book and completed within a reasonable timeframe and the report turned around very quickly. Would use them again 👍”

“I found your company online amongst many others and found yours to be more appealing. The prices varied and yours was cheaper then your competitors. Once I downloaded the app and made the appointment I had a couple of phone calls from a very patient polite man who helped explain the process. Once it was booked I could see the information on the app. I did worry a little as the survey seemed to take longer then anticipated but saying that I don't know the usual time length. I'm very pleased over all with the whole survey. I will recommend you in future.”

“The imyhome team were very efficient and polite. Survey was detailed and surveyor helpful when I called with some queries. Only negatives were the time it took to carry out the survey and upload to the net and the actual Web portal which I couldn't get working at all!”

“The survey went well and was very thorough. The booking of it caused a few issues, the vendor of the house we were buying was given a 4 hour window as to when the surveyor would be coming. Due to the nature of his job this would have been very difficult. On his behalf I had to ring up to request a more definite slot, I got told they cant book in actual times and that they don't have that option. I think some flexibility for the booking staff is needed. The options that were put to me not in a bad way were take the slot or cancellation and refund Eventually they said they would ring the vendor and try and sort something out. They did this and he did get a more definite time. It shouldnt have had to be that difficult”

“A very helpful service. From booking an appointment to appointment completion and feedback was less than 10 days. The report was thorough, and the communication and feedback was really reassuring and helpful. “NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!! Got the quote online, paid my money straight away, waited 2 days with no response so had to ring them to find out what was going on, got told there was a wait of up to 3 weeks for the survey to be done due to them being busy, no mention of this on their website or at quote stage. Then 4 days later I received a phonecall saying they had to cancel the survey because "the surveyor who had been appointed to do the survey couldn't do it now because his wife was ill" WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT!!!”
