“The survey report we recieved was well laid out and written in terms that are easy to understand. The inspection seemed thorough and highlighted some issues that we are now able to sort. Only reason for not being 5 stars is it took a little while to get a surveyor to the property which delayed the purchase process slightly but thats understandable in current times. Overall the service was exactly what we were expecting and a much more reasonable price than we were quoted by some other companies so would definitely recommend.”

“The survey was organised very quickly and went really well. However, as soon as I signed up I got about 10 emails with quotes who kept emailing over the following weeks which was quite annoying.”

“The surveyor gave a good review overall, but there were a couple of things that could have made it better. The age of the property was incorrect, the survey stated 1980’s where as the bungalow was built in the 1960’s. Also, there was repeated reference to being unable to inspect things like the gutters due to there height, and the surveyors ladders not being high enough, but it’s a bungalow! How small are the ladders? On the upside there was reference to a possible lack of electrical earth which I have now found is an issue with a lot of the properties on this road.”

“The system was very easy to use. The survey was instructed and carried out smoothly with updates provided when the report was due to be uploaded. The report was laid out clearly with observations noted and recommendations for further investigation. Sadly we didn’t go through with the purchase for a separate reason though would use again if we found ourselves looking in the future”
