“Communication from the outset was amazing and we were delighted with the service we received. Once the survey was completed we received a call to outline the main points and the report followed shortly after. The whole experience was faultless and far exceeded our expections.”

“A very smooth, professional and easy process. Even with any issues they are quick to sort out with a quick phone call. All in all from start to finish the whole process took around a few days to complete and have paperwork in my hands. Would highly recommend! Thank you!”

“We were very satisfied with the service. We did have to wait a couple of weeks between ordering the survey and the report arriving, but as the price was a good couple of hundred pounds lower than others, this was totally acceptable. Would definitely recommend.”

“The process was simple and straight forward and the survey was done quicker and more thorough than I expected. The only issue I had was the ability to ask a question after about something in the report, this would be nice.”

“Booked a survey with this company got assigned someone on their panel of chartered surveyors. Most important issue to look into the roof wasn't addressed by the surveyor. When specially notified that was my area of interest. Not satisfied with the job.”
