“Much more thorough report than I have received in the past from other companies. It uncovered a couple of things I would otherwise have glossed over and allowed me to renegotiate far more than the cost of the report off the purchase price.”

“I book it online, it very easy to book. The quota is reasonable and the survey was done quickly after I booked it. The report is standard form, and it is easy to understand what is the problem, what should be concerned.”

“Excellent quick service. Once I paid for the survey, the surveyor was allocated within 24 hours and the survey was done by the surveyor within 72hours. The surveyor called me on the day to ask if there was anything specific they should focus on. I received the report 2 working days after the survey was done. Report was easy to understand. I would definitely use iMyHome.co.uk again.”

“Very good service, arranged a HomeBuyer Survey within 2 days, Survey was done on Friday and the Report was ready to download on following Tuesday. I would say the only thing I didn't like is that you don't know which company they allocate to you (it depends on the postcode of the house you want the Survey to be done on) so unclear that ImyHome it's just a company that allocates Surveyors for you. I called the Quantum surveyor twice as I needed more info but very good service overall. Highly recommended although I had to send an email to the surveyor asking some clarifications and got an email back to wait 48hrs for response but this is the other company I was allocated for the survey.”

“Easy to get hold of on phone which is unusual these days,polite and very informative l felt i could ask questions without feeling nuisance or I was passed on to someone else who rang me within an hour i was expecting next day .so good all round. Def recommend”

“After receiving a survey quote from my Estate Agents recommended provider I decided to do a bit of research to see whether I could find a more competitive price elsewhere. I My Home saved me £150 and after my Homebuyers survey was undertaken I received the report within 3 working days. As somebody who is both inexperienced and a first time buyer I would really recommend I My Home!”
