“I found the service was poor and disingenuous it adds a layer of duplication to interactions my biggest complaint is the time agreed with which to initiate the survey once paired with a surveyor. I managed to get a successful outcome but felt the young lady I communicated with was economical with the truth. I was told surveyor initiation would take so many days from when the survey was instructed through imyhome. But once i had paid for the survey i was then told that the surveyor would have to look at how and when the surveyor could fit me into their timelines of availability. Because all imove do is act as a net that collects clients who need surveyor services. It does not control the actual work of the surveyor team. Although it has to be said imove did find a competent surveyor to carry out my Rics 2 survey. They get a one star for obfuscation.”

“Survey was carried out within a week of ordering which was faster than others were quoting. Would have preferred a call from the surveyor to discuss any particular points I wanted looking at before he went in. Wasn't any discussion with the surveyor at all.”
