“Très déçue par le service client. Article commandé le 4 janvier : je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Mais ce n’est même pas ce qui me met en colère… je ne suis pas pressée, mais je voudrais avoir des informations ! je n’ai aucun moyen de tracer le colis, le service client ne répond plus depuis mon premier mail et se montre même désagréable parce que j’insiste. Au final je voudrais demander un remboursement mais je ne sais pas où et comment le faire puisque personne ne me répond. Clairement je ne recommanderai ce site à personne. Comment peut-on se dire commerçant et montrer aussi peu de considération pour ses clients 🤔?”

“They charged $39.99 for shipping which is ridiculous then wanted to charge another $50.50 import fee after I had already paid for my order so it was unknown to me!! I wasn’t going to do it! I still haven’t received my refund!!! And I believe they are in DE., isn’t this Delaware?! Why all the ridiculous charges? Buyer Beware!!!”

“Ein T Shirt habe ich nach 10 Tagen Lieferzeit erhalten. Das zweite Shirt wird scheinbar gerade aus China Importiert, weil nach 12 Tagen tut sich da immer noch nichts. Qualität des erhaltenen Shirts okay und soweit man das mit einem Gildan Rohling sagen kann, Aufdruck ist zumindest sehr gut, Preis noch okay weil war etwas günstiger. Auswahl könnte etwas besser sein, wobei ich schon sehr zufrieden bin, dass es überhaupt Shirts von den Bands Fallujah und In Mourning gibt, deswegen Daumen voll hoch. Hohe Versandkosten und unterirdisch langsamer Versand, hier besteht Optimierungsbedarf, weil das geht definitiv günstiger, mit einer unökologischen Plastikversandtasche vom einem Großversender.”

“Non-responsive customer service, while waiting a looooooooooong time for the record to arrive. Would not recommend. Just in case they now feel the need to respond: yes, I did get five notifications the record was delayed. When those also stopped for close to a month and I submitted an enquiry: more silence.”
