“Very disappointing experience – I do not recommend this company. My parcel never arrived, and despite repeated attempts to contact Impression, the company failed to properly investigate what had happened or provide a satisfactory solution. My enquiries were repeatedly met with inadequate responses, and I received no meaningful assistance or clear information about the missing shipment. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of responsibility and the extremely poor communication. As a customer, I should not have to chase a company repeatedly just to get basic answers about an order I have paid for. This experience has caused me considerable inconvenience and unnecessary stress. I have now had to open a dispute with Klarna because the goods were never received. Based on my experience, Impression's customer service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company and would advise others to think twice before ordering from them.”

“Produkte sind sehr gut aber ich wartete vergeblich über 2 Wochen nach Zahlung. Erst auf mein Nachfragen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ein Artikel doch nicht auf Lager sei (obwohl bei Bestellung alles vorrätig) und erst dann wurden die restlichen Waren versendet.”
