“Pleased with the items I ordered for my granddaughter for Christmas, not pleased with the $85.00 tariff fee I had to pay upon delivery, this after paying $39.99 to ship the stuff. If I had known I had to pay more than half of the cost of the items I ordered ( $135.00) in tariffs I never would have placed the order. Heads up for Impericon would have been nice. I know it isn't the company's fault but they knew this order would be subject to a hefty tariff and didn't notify me.”

“The items are great…….the additional 32.50 that I had to pay when UPS brought it to my door is not acceptable!! I emailed and I’ve heard nothing back. You need to let people know when there’s gonna be an additional 32.50before they can take possession of their packages from the shippers. They should not have happened and I will not buy from this company again.”
