Sono Martina, il pacco ordinato non è mai arrivato, in più il corriere non solo non è mai passato da casa ( sono una disabile e purtroppo sono sempre a casa ) ma mi ha fatto tornare indietro il pacco al mittente, vi prego mi aiutereste a sapere qualcosa in più? Come funziona una volta rientrato a voi il pacco? Avevo preso un regalo a mio marito e mi è troppo dispiaciuto non aver avuto il servizio idoneo. Mi aiutereste per favore? È la prima volta che acquisto sul vostro sito.

“Die Qualität ist gut und der Zahlungsverlauf ist einfach. Allerdings wurde meine Bestellung eine ganze Woche lang nicht bearbeitet und es dauerte nochmal eine weitere Woche bis das Paket ankam. 2 Wochen Bestellzeit ist etwas lang.”

“Preparation for orders' dispatch took a long time (a month), was nervous the order was cancelled and I wasn't notified of it, didn't get much feedback from the customer support service concerning this issue (wrote to customer support three times, got a reply once, only on the day of the orders' dispatch). But the order's dispatch was very quick, as well as DHL delivery.
The quality of the ordered item is great.”

J'achète finalement en passant par l'achat rapide avec Google Pay plus tard, ce qui nous fait passer à côté d'une remise expirée entre temps
La gestion de la livraison par FEDEX est un cauchemar. Ma commande repart à l'expéditeur car l'organisation avec la société de livraison est impossible. Pour une commande à plus de 160€, c'est très frustrant. J'espère être rembourser rapidement, puisque je n'aurais jamais mes articles.
Toute cette expérience me hesiter à recommander à nouveau chez vous.”
“I placed an order 24/06 - I chased multiple times and was informed that one of the shirts I had ordered was a custom design and needed to be ordered in, this would take 14 days. Fine, I advised I needed the order by 18th July and was told it would arrive by then.
I chased and chased and it was only dispatched 16/07 - this meant it arrived 22/07 - I’ve asked twice for a refund of the postage to cover the inconvenience but I’ve been ignored each time.
I was assured it would be ok, it wasn’t, birthday gifts ordered in a timely manner didn’t turn up and I was left with nothing.
Really disappointed”
