“Bit hit and miss this company. Being a UK resident, it is usually my go-to merch store for bands from outside Europe, since their shipping fees are always so high. That being said, a couple of times their discount codes have ended at random times, while I still have items in my basket. Not at midnight as you might expect. The first time this happened I was given a code to complete my purchase at the discounted rate which was appreciated. However, more recently, I was just told it ended the day before, even though I had refreshed my cart earlier in the morning and it still was working and that was that. If this had been stated somewhere I would’ve completed my transaction in time. It only showed as ended on my side at like 11am?! Weird. Also, sent me birthday discount which expired before it was even my birthday so that wasn’t ideal. Maybe consider allowing a birthday code to be used for the entirety of the month?? Recently received a pair of INK shorts in L but they’re really small for a size L. But it’s expensive to return anything so will no doubt end up keeping them”
