“While I don't believe this is entirely the fault of Impericon, and as a company I like what you do and your range is probably the best out there.
I paid £11 for shipping for an item, which then took 3 days to ship from Impericon, and has taken another week to arrive from FedEx. I've been updated every step of the way, but in today's world I can order from many independent retailers and have my product the next day, and the shopping costs at least half of what I paid here. £11 for shipping that takes 10 days to arrive is just not good enough.
If this part of it was improved to match what we expect in a world where Amazon exists (as much as I don't want to compare to them), I would shop at Impericon much more. As I said, the items themselves are fantastic.
