“The t-shirt I ordered was on demand (14 days delay) and after 2 months of not receiving it, I suggested to exchange t-shirt for a different art from same band. I expected some kind of compensation but nothing. At least they communicated and where able to send at least the other t-shirt. This was my first experience with Impericon, in the future I would order only something NOT on demand.”

I ordered an Airbourne Lp and received a Marilyn Manson Lp. Wrong item. I contact to complain, they say they will answer within 48 hours....it's 4 days, and still waiting. I can understand the error, but not the lack of communication or customer care”

“Meine Konzertkarte kam völlig verknittert an.
