“Delivery was quick, and well organised. Packaging was good. The time taken to build the furniture said 2 hours but I think that was the record! It took us nearer 12 hours, and we're not inexperienced. The instructions were faint and quite confusing. With time, we got through it. When we put the drawers in they were completely out of line, which was really frustrating and disappointing. They were wonky and the one that was straight was about 1cm too high so poked over the top of the unit. Not something that could be left/ ignored, or easily adjusted. This was not because of us doing anything wrong, the holes that were there were not correct. With a fair bit of stress and, thankfully the skill of my build-partner, we were able to drill new holes in the correct place for the runners and line it up properly. After doing that, though, I am pleased with the end result. It is a nice piece of furniture, I just wish it was more accurately made. It has left me slightly reluctant to buy from Impact Furniture again. I think if I do I will have to mentally prepare myself for the build process and be prepared to make changes.”

“After a sticky start with delay due to damaged units, and sending one wrong unit, the kitchen purchased as a complete 9 piece set has been built and looks fab. Still have lots of things to do, will upload a picture when its is complete. Thank you to Matthew from customer services who responded promtly to our problems and checked after to see if every thing was ok. Will deffinatly recomend.”

“Nice tv stand - tricky to put together but got there. Although parts came on different delivery dates from the courier they were very well wrapped/protected - impact furniture provided good customer service and I would use again. Thanks”

“Lovely item, looks exactly as portrayed in pictures. Unfortunately did have some minor scratches upon arrival and the instructions were a little complicated to put the bed together. But overall satisfied.”

“Order arrived on schedule. All as expected, apart from a back panel for one of the wall units which was missing. We emailed to inform and received a very prompt response, that another would be sent (unfortunately it does mean a 4 week delay in arriving). We also asked if a small piece of bench top could be ordered and were offered tf free.”

“Delivery was quick. Flat pack, good to build but time consuming, hard to distinguish top of cabinet from bottom, 1 mm difference. One drawer had minor dint, company agreed to replace. Love the look of this bathroom cabinet and can’t wait for it to be fitted by my plumber.”

“Packaging was great delivery great unfortunately screws were missing had somebody out to put on wall so no screws couldn't get job done need to wait till after Xmas holidays upset and payed for the joiner call out”

“Great item, delivered earlier than expected and looks amazing. However this was slightly let down by the delivery guy who was the rudest I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Not sure if it's a delivery company they use or if it's their own driver so not sure if this is something the company can improve.”

I am sorry to hear that the third-party courier company damaged your kitchen during transit. We strongly encourage contact with the seller as the first action. Had you got in touch with us at that point we could have got the damaged kitchen collected and had a new one dispatched out to arrive the next day, at this stage that is not going to be a feasible course of action now the kitchen is installed. How could we rectify issues with damage, caused by a third party, if we are not informed of the damage? Please drop us an email with the details and we will do our best to help. Matthew
