“Item is lovely. Had to chase for delivery as was invoiced but hadnt been marked for dispatch, then was sent next day delivery. Would of been nice to have had delivery charge refunded as no update until i rang. But item is just as pictured.”

“The unit itself fits perfectly with our kitchen scheme of white and blue. My only point would be you put a black lead and plug for the lights! Would have preferred this to be white as well? However the unit looks great.”

“The delivery was very quick. Unfortunately both boxes were slightly damaged which meant that one of the pieces was damaged however Impact Furniture arranged to send a replacement part within a couple of days which arrived quickly and safely. The quality of the item is very good however we have since noticed there are a few small scrapes and dents but nothing too noticeable.”

“Arrived on day selected ..only down side have you no time slot had no idea if it was coming am or pm ,it didn't come until pm had I known I could have gone out in the morning as I had thing's to do ..when tracked it just said out for delivery. But furniture was well parked”
