“The quality of the furniture is awful. It's not even wood, I have cleaned it with a wooded product and it has all stained! Really disappointed.”

I am sorry to hear that, if you had got in touch we could have offered assistance with the assembly process, the instability will have been down to errors made in assembly. The product in question is one we have been selling for several years and we have not had any reports of difficulties with assembly hitherto but nonetheless I shall pass your comments over to the manufacturer. “The furniture good but the delivery service very poor. Delivery staff did not help us to carry the furniture at all, not even from the van to our house. They just stay there watching me lifting all the packages while paraphrasing their policy to not lift any package. Would not buy again just because of that horrible and tiring experience. Really damaged my back after that many trips carrying all the packages.”

Dear Jesus, thank you for your custom. At the time of delivery confirmation over the phone and by email it was stated delivery would be to the curbside only since delivery was made on a pallet and to a flat. The palletised courier service has drivers insured to deliver goods to the curbside and hence we advise all the customers of the procedures prior to delivery taking place so that suitable support with delivery can be sourced if necessary. “Had to wait a couple of weeks for item to be dispatched but arrived quickly, item was very well packed, read a lot of negative of couriers used but I had no problems item arrived on day it should have ,driver very helpful , pleased with unit nothing damaged which is a first for me being flat packed”
