Horrible, please avoid this company at all cost .their entire motive is based on money. They are just out here cashing in on vulnerable people.I was taking advantage off two years ago by these people, please look elsewhere

We paid for the consultation. That went great. Then we paid 1500 for their services. Oh my God it is so hard to get in touch with our lawyer. Cant get in touch with our customer relations officer either. I'm not confident I wanna spend another 13000 with them just to get no where. Feeling very much like a scam.

We are advised by Laura Christian about a Spouse Visa application, and I must say that I left with a feeling of having been somewhat fleeced after paying 150 pounds for the consultation. First of all, future customers must be aware that if only the "Advice" service is paid for, then screen sharing will be disabled. In order to be able to share documents during the standard video call, a more expensive service must be purchased. Screen sharing has been however a standard tool at least since 2020, and I incorrectly assumed that it would be available. Laura seemed knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Emails were responded to after a delay of a few days. As promised, a semi-personalized instruction booklet was provided, which provided some useful information above what could have been found on the internet. In summary, a useful service, but not worth 150 pounds.

Very professional and responsive up until you pay. Then, responses take weeks because they do not answer all my questions (seems like only read first line of the email) or seem to understand what I am asking. I worked with Kurshida Begum & Mehrish Khan. My UK spouse visa was accepted, but working with IAS was not ideal. All my experiences after I paid and had initial meeting were very unprofessional and I never got the feeling like they really knew what they were doing other than copy and pasting. When my visa was accepted and I got my paperwork back, there was not information on what to do next (not IAS fault) so when I tried to get any clarification from my advisor, there was weeks of no response and then when I was told they would look into getting the letter for me, I heard nothing back. I had to figure out what to do by Googling. I would have gone through passport control with my passport like normal (instead of showing the vignette) and it would not have worked. I will be looking for a better immigration advise company for further needs.

Spoke to Marie Nguekam for advice regarding visa options in conjunction with a job offer, but unfortunately was not satisfied with the service I received. When booking the appointment, the agent (Calum Adams) assured me that if the visa route first explored was not an option, the immigration lawyer would be diligent in reviewing all other possible options, working to come up with creative solutions. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I was able to come up with several creative solutions myself that she acknowledged could be possibilities. The written summary was very cut & paste and incomplete. In her answers to my follow-up questions, she contradicted the information she gave me in our meeting, and misread several of my questions - leaving me with more unanswered questions than I began. All in all, it felt like very little effort was put in. So unfortunately not able to recommend the agent or agency.

I've used IAS for a 2nd visa application, the first round back in 2021 was really good and I decided to use them again. The service has unfortunately degraded and they basically do the bare minimum, I would not recommend them right now to anyone.

Session itself was helpful but I received no response to a follow up question despite emailing it twice during the 3 days post-meeting. I’ll take my money elsewhere for any additional assistance needed.

I tried to use IAS for a spousal visa application. Twice, they got the time wrong by quoting me UK time for the initial phone call and telling me it was California time. So I never actually had a call with an advisor. Then they never refunded by £150 initial fee. I'm very dissatisfied.

They helped me with get a visa for my partner, but overall it was a bad experience. The paralegal that they assigned to me took days or weeks to respond to my emails. I think she only made the process more difficult and lengthy. Thanks to her my application was delayed and I didn't get to spend Christmas with my family. I would advise against using them, the process is not that difficult to do alone.

The knowledge of my consultant is astounding. She professionally extracted what our outcomes of the consultation was and reassured us of what we needed to do at the end. However, Skype calls kept breaking up, and unfortunately it was the only way to communicate with multiple people as our mobile phones weren't too good at picking up multiple peoples' voices. I wish that there was a way to send some minor documents for the consultant to review before the call. Instead she had asked to drop the call and for us to e-mail the related documents over half-way through our consultation. It has been two weeks since the consultation, and I am severely disappointed with the fact that there was no follow-up e-mail from the consultant with the session after this was explicitly mentioned as part of the package. Otherwise I would have rated the service with 5 stars.

Was charged about £100 for just for them to answer a simple question which took up less than a minute of their time. I initially phoned to enquire about consultation fees for a quick question. After asking over the phone they advised me it would be best to arrange a consultation with an adviser which would cost, I can't remember exactly, around £100, which I then paid for. When I saw the advisor the answered my yes/no question in about 30 seconds.

Mrs Zhu, Thank you for taking the time to review our business. Sometimes questions are yes or no answers, but they take years of training to be able to answer correctly. You pay for the experience and knowledge of knowing you question is covered correctly, and you can proceed in the right manner.
