I am a bit dissatisfied with service. I feel I have to keep chasing my adviser to try get updates from the home office regarding my application. My application is still in process without any update from home office and it's been 11 months which is way pass the processing time but IAS can't do nothing about it.

At a very stressful time IAS provided reassurance and support like no other company was capable. Me and my partner are so grateful for the dilligent and proffesional work IAS provided.

Natalie at the Liverpool office was helpful, caring and nothing was ever too much for her, every time we called or emailed her, she was quick to respond and couldn't do enough for me and my family. She is a credit to this office and we hope she does not go unrecognised in all the hard work and dedication she gives.

Whilst I was able to talk to somebody initially, when I later asked for advice (on documents to be submitted with the application) I did not even get a reply. TWICE. As far as I am concerned, I write you off as another con trick on the web. I should have known better.

It was very detailed advice given, but it took a week on average and we had to phone to chase.

From the first consultation call to advising in the documents I would need to represent me at Home Office during the appointment, Robina was very helpful, patient and professional. She even advised me which appointment centre is comparatively better. That's what I see as value add to the regular service which she was anyway very good at. I would use her services again while applying for my wife's visa. Many thanks and keep up the excellent work you are carrying out!

The lady who provided the service for me was very straight forward, patient and understanding of my situation. She took into account all my qualms and questions, and never once provided any information which was not helpful. I've been seeking answers for weeks and IAS gave me what I needed in 1 hour. Well worth the payment, and I would do it again.

What a fabulous service from Daniella Blake and the team at IAS. I cant thank them enough for faciitating the applications for my kids citizenship; after 15 years of frustration and angst, both have been successfully accepted as UK citizens and IAS helped make that happen. I wil certainly recommend this service, which i found const effective and efficient, but more than anything human and caring! Bravo

I am withholding a better rating until my hearing has taken place which is not until the end of July. I have not heard from anyone in the past few months, but was told I would be contacted sometime around the end if June. So I guess I am in a holding pattern right now.
