“Ms Dina Modi provided us very clear legal opinions. She contacted us precisely at the scheduled time, carefully listened to our requests for advices and addressed these questions extremely well. She followed up with a report on our deliberations, the contents of which were clear and incisive. We also found the front end of IAS to be excellent - taking instructions, linking with a solicitor and scheduling the interview with the solicitor.”

“My wife and I recently had a phone interview with Mr. Mark Rigby, a lawyer with the IAS related to my eligibility for obtaining dual US/UK citizenship under dual descent. Our discussion lasted appx 45 minutes and was very well received. Mr. Rigby's advice was very thorough and comprehensive, and we received a digital hardcopy of all that was discussed via email. Mr. Rigby was very competent and well versed in all aspects related to our enquiry and we would highly recommend his assistance for those seeking advise with regard to obtaining dual citizenship.”

“I spoke with Simon Magava and he was really helpful. He took time to go through my information and explain in detail what we would need to get in place and examples of what we would need. The written confirmation was detailed and had extra details which we hadn't directly discussed, but which are of use.”
