“I was a bit skeptical at first due to the length of the session and thought that I may have not been able to gather all the relevant information in that time. However, my advice session with Nicholas Lee proved me wrong. He was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed for my spouse visa. He also answered all my questions and was overall polite, friendly and respectful. Thank you Nicholas!”

“I contacted on behalf of a friend, a recent naturalised British citizen, who has had major difficulties obtaining a British passport. As a settled asylum seeker from 2010, all passports are with the Home Office. Getting documents back to send to the Passport Office has been impossible - the departments don’t communicate with each other! IAS has provided good advice for us to move this matter forward. Thank you.”

“Today I had a session with Mehrish Khan at Telephone regardless my wife's refusal of Euss family permit, she described to me our chances and alternatives in a friendly and coherent way. About advise service rubric it says that once the session is over, I will receive written confirmation of the advice was given, but on the phone I was told it might be today might be tomorrow, I suppose that's the only con that doesn't comply with what I expected. She is an expert that poses the necessary knowledge in this field. I recommend her.”

“Called to inquire about dual citizenship and was chiseled out of $200 for an "advisor call" under the auspices that they have a 98% success rate. The advisors were late to the call and glibly explained that I was not eligible - even though I outlined my criteria for eligibility during my initial call. Total rip-off.”
