“Appointment and information shared was good was encourgaed not to take any notes as the advice provided this would be provided in writin. no follow up received numerous weekly calls to obtain no one ever called back. Very poor service will now have to use alternative company menaing more cost. Please select your immigration service carfullly it is so important avoid this company.”

“Excellent as far as Mr Newnes was concerned. He was particularly helpful. I do however doubt once piece of advice which he advised he would have to check with his supervisor. That advice was I could use the premium service at GBP 500. I did doubt it, as I do now. I am in New Zealand and cannot fathom how that would be possible. I need someone to definitively advise on that and put it in writing - that I send all paperwork and my passport by courier to London for you guys to deal with it - it runs against the information on the official government site so excuse me for having doubts. If you could advise? Additionally I had arranged a 10am your time 9pm my time call through Abigail and was getting messages at 9:20 asking for my preferred call time. I am in New Zealand with a time difference. I don't like my whole evening ruined waiting for you to call as pre arranged. As it was a first call my confidence wavered. It came back with Mr Newnes but I doubt the advice his supervisor supplied. Thanks”

“The advice over the Skype interview was helpful. However, there are two significant complaints: (a) Although someone called me to ask for my Skype details, and the relevant details were sent by me well in advance, these details were never forwarded to the person who was actually supposed to call me on the appointed time. This ended up creating a lot of confusion and wasted time. (b) I was told that a write-up would be made of the advice that I was given during the Skype interview, and sent to me. This *never happened*. Since the advice was fairly straightforward I didn't follow up on it, but it's also something that should not have simply been forgotten about.”

“My immigration advisor at the Liverpool branch was Natalie Dolan and she was a great supportive advisor who answered my emails/questions even while she was not working/on annual leave holiday. She helped me throughout my wife's visa application at all times, giving great advice. Very good communication skills, helpful, informative and will go that extra mile to help out. I will definitely recommend Natalie to my family/friends. Also I will definitely stay with her for my wife's future applications. 10/10 Thank you so so so much Natalie for everything!”
